On day 2 with the AYS it's a little frustrating having to work the switch to get a good hit. Especially since when it's firing fully, the vape is great.

Tried putting the 2nd small magnet back in the switch and it's still not firing consistently.

When I push the button down (up?), the screwhead is making contact with the battery every time because the very limited rattle is gone. If I jiggle the pressed switched around, I will eventually get it to fire fully.

Is the small washer supposed to be against the magnets or against the screwhead? I'm assuming screwhead. I don't see how a longer screw would help since it gets screwed down fully to the post. I can see how a screw with a bigger screwhead would be different.

I appreciate all those that have been trying to help so far. If there's a better place to discuss this issue like in the groups, please point the way.

1st Blonde joke

Three women are about to be executed. One's a brunette, one's a redhead and one's a blonde. The guard brings the brunette forward and the executioner asks if she has any last requests. She says no and the executioner shouts, ''Ready! Aim!'' Suddenly the brunette yells, ''EARTHQUAKE!!!'' Everyone is startled and throws themselves on the ground while she escapes. The guard brings the redhead forward and the executioner asks if she has any last requests. She say no and the executioner shouts, ''Ready! Aim!'' Suddenly the redhead yells, ''TORNADO!!!'' Everyone is startled and looks around for cover while she escapes. By now the blonde has it all figured out. The guard brings her forward and the executioner asks if she has any last requests. She says no and the executioner shouts, Ready! Aim!'' and the blonde yells, ''FIRE!!!'''

I don't know if someone has already mentioned this to you or not, but the switch works best if you push it near the edge, rather than pushing it straight up, as the slight angle causes the switch to make contact on the side.

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to a football game for the first time. After the game he asked his girlfriend how she liked the game. "Oh, I really liked it," she said, "but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each other for 25 cents." "What on earth do you mean???" "Well I saw them flip a coin and one team got it and then for the rest of the game all they kept screaming was: Get the quarter back! Get the quarter back!

One would think by now that one would remember that one loses their reading spot when one replies to a post on tapatalk.

Zen is away at conference? That would be oh so cool if it works out for getting buttons and zau at same time after hes back.

Hubbys doc said hes doing great and we might be able to go home in 7 days. Yay! Will miss the great 3G here but I'll live lol.

Lovin all the ays pics!

Are you pressing from the side rather than straight up? As I recall Zen said the button needs to make contact with the sides. Hits much harder this way.

Have you tried contact cleaner? Makes a big difference. I picked up a pack of deoxit (cleaner & gold) at Radio Shack. Works great.

Sorry. I don't have answers for the o ring. I haven't ventured that far yet. Still working on restricting airflow and getting my flavor.

I'm pressing at all sorts of unnatural angles!

I'm going to get me some of that deoxit and give it a whirl.

I know yellowman1972 helped another member out with what sounds like a similar problem.

If you read the comments below the YouTube video, mention is made of gently sanding the contact screw head in the switch. Could be something worth checking out?

Hopefully this is cleaned up enough...

A father and son were walking down the street and the son noticed 2 dogs, um, enjoying each other.

Son: "Daddy, what are those dogs doing?
Dad: "Umm, uhhh, well they are making a puppy"
Sun: "Oh, ok"

Several weeks go by and the son, waking up in the middle of the night, goes into his parents bedroom at an inopportune time.
Son: "Dad, what are you doing?"
Dad: "Um... making you a little brother or sister..."
Son: "Oh, well, can you flip her over, I'd rather have a puppy"
