Why do Dutch people wear wooden shoes?
On day 2 with the AYS it's a little frustrating having to work the switch to get a good hit. Especially since when it's firing fully, the vape is great.
Tried putting the 2nd small magnet back in the switch and it's still not firing consistently.
When I push the button down (up?), the screwhead is making contact with the battery every time because the very limited rattle is gone. If I jiggle the pressed switched around, I will eventually get it to fire fully.
Is the small washer supposed to be against the magnets or against the screwhead? I'm assuming screwhead. I don't see how a longer screw would help since it gets screwed down fully to the post. I can see how a screw with a bigger screwhead would be different.
I appreciate all those that have been trying to help so far. If there's a better place to discuss this issue like in the groups, please point the way.

Are you pressing from the side rather than straight up? As I recall Zen said the button needs to make contact with the sides. Hits much harder this way.
Have you tried contact cleaner? Makes a big difference. I picked up a pack of deoxit (cleaner & gold) at Radio Shack. Works great.
Sorry. I don't have answers for the o ring. I haven't ventured that far yet. Still working on restricting airflow and getting my flavor.
I'm pressing at all sorts of unnatural angles!
I'm going to get me some of that deoxit and give it a whirl.
