Funny thread! I put the flag up (and the box is empty) so that I can look outside and see the flag down, then knowing that they came....I often can't hear the truck so that is my trick so that I don't walk out there 10 times....I have done the walking out there over and over and my neighbors must think i am nuts....right now....waiting for my new Pro V2 tank, cartos, and some vapealicious juice!! Yippiee!! Just got my vape Logic organizer today....very nice....might want to take a look. My provari charger fits perfect and now things are so neatly put away!! Yippieee! Fits my 30 ml bottles with needle tops too!

First I look about and find some tall grass that closely matches the color of my mane. I prefer to wait until early morning or late afternoon cause most grass is at least a little bit lighter than my mane is. In the middle of the day, I just let my lionesses deal with hunting, it's too hot then, anyway. Once I find a good spot, I lay flat on the savannah ground. My breathing automatically slows just a bit, my eyes naturally are drawn to the ones who stand out from the herd. The weak, the sick, the injured, the young. I don't even think about it, they just lock on to the easier prey. Then I wait for them to come to the closest point their path will bring them to my hideout. When they get to just the right spot, I launch myself. Most of my prey is no faster than me, but my 550 pounds make it hard for me to maintain my speed for long, so I have to time it just right so I can catch him before.....

Oh, the mailman. I just stock up on juice, so he is bringing me refills I already have. That way there is no drama or urgency. No need to stalk him for that....I thought we were talking about zebra. Sorry.

If I'm REALLY anxious for a package and don't want to wait until my normal "about" 3 pm delivery I go pick up some doughnuts and show up at my Post Office about 9:10 am just before the mail delivery people are ready to leave the post office to start their routes :D

Normally I just need to listen for my mail lady to toot her horn about 3 p.m. :) She toots her horn if she has any packages to put in my mailbox. She gets almost as excited about my packages as I do and often waits for me to come running out the door so she can see what new toys I got :)

You guys are too funny! I stay in an apartment complex so I can't really stalk him like I want to. I mainly stalk my tracking a million times a day from my cell, iPad, computer etc...I'm surprised USPS hasn't found a way to block me yet. Most of my orders are just stocking back up now that I've figured out what I like but getting goodies never get old. Wish I could see the mail box from here but let's just say the dog gets extra walks when I'm waiting on vapemail.

Sorry not hilarious story here :(

I live in an apartment and that is the way mine is, kinda.
Theres one central location with boxes.
And if my mail guy can't get it in, he leaves a note saying I wasn't home WITHOUT coming to even see if I'm at home.
I really don't like him at all.
lol

Mines is the same way! That irritates me so much! I get up to take the dog out & there's a note on the door when I've been sitting inside the entire time!!! Grrrrrrrr!!!

When its the regular guy, he gets it right to me.
I remember once there was a sub...saw him walk right past my door and drop the mail.
I rubbed my hands together as I walked to the box only to open it and find a note saying he tried to deliver and I wasn't there.
Say what?
I saw your .... walk right past my door and you never stopped...liar liar pants on fire.

THIS

when I have stuff that requires a signature I swear to god the mailman does not knock he just leaves the note on the door.
I'm like one room away from the door if he would bother to knock I would come and sign for the damn package,
but apparently that is too much trouble.

I bought a necklace on etsy and it was only like $15 but the seller made it signature required- I have no idea why.
Basically they didn't even bother leaving a note and sent it back to the seller.
It said there was like one delivery attempt but I'm always home!!! Maybe I was in the bathroom for 5 minutes or something. So yea if I had known the package was in town I would have picked it up but they never informed me and six days later returned it
