How easy is it to quit nicotine using PVs

How easy is it to quit by tapering nicotine content of eliquid?

  • I was able to go to zero in a short time

  • It took a while but I got to zero

  • I'm in the process of tapering down now

  • I tried, but went back up again

If you have no interest at all in giving up nicotine, skip this poll.

There are several threads discussing whether it is possible, how easy, etc. to quit all nicotine by using PV/ecigs. Let's do it in form where we can look at the numbers.

BTW: I have no intention of ever giving up nicotine, so I have not answered the poll.

I'm currently down to using nic just once in awhile. Took me so far about 5 months, but I am getting to where I do not really need it. Most of the time I only use it when I am stressing or if I wish to have a little bit more of TH - otherwise I am almost nic free. :)

BTW that is after smoking for 17 years about a pack a day.

I'm with you. I see no compelling reason to give up nicotine, so I'm not voting in this poll.
Tobacco smoke on the other hand ... I'm done with that after 45 years, and within 15 minutes of my first vape.
