How long have you hardcore vapers been planning for the "Vapeocalypse"?

Please read the fda deeming. This is not a joke.
I've read it and I'm not joking. What can I do? I can't afford to go buy a lot of stuff, and stockpiles only last so long anyway. Eventually all of your stockpiles will run out, and you'll have to deal with whatever may come. By then I'll have adjusted to vaping pure VG with my homemade/black market gear, if that's what it takes. Whatever the case, not going to stress about things I'm ultimately powerless to control.

Let's see...what was that opening thing we used to say at NA meetings?

***, grant me the serenity,
to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Everybody can afford a couple of litres of 100mg VT TH nic ... cost less than 3 bottles of vendor juice.

Hard to find nicotine, is the only thing that could stop vaping ... there's too much gear already out there for that to matter.

When nicotine is hard to get ... vape gear will be sold for 90% off

What is VT TH nic at $25 a liter?
Ostensibly it's the same very clean Chemnovatic nic that VT sells as their "Premium" nic, but with some oxygen bubbled through it to increase the throat hit. Now this never really made much sense to me, but hey... In any case, reports from pretty much everyone who's tried it are quite positive about it.

I know flavorings will always be available because they were before vaping existed. However, I've been thinking the last couple of days, what about tobacco flavorings? I just started using tfa double ry4 and I really love it. It falls under tobacco flavor even though it's not a strong tobacco flavor. I'm thinking about buying a couple of big bottles of that.

... stop vaping? Please...add a few hassles? Sure, but stopping it? Ok sure.
Stopping it is only a concern for those that aren't vaping yet.
We already know we won't be stopped.

Adding a "few hassles" will stop it for many who aren't vaping yet.
If one has no concern for such people, then one has no concern for such people.

And further, I think you are vastly underestimating what a "few hassles" means.

I've asked that question myself and got answers all over the shop. We are all guessing really.

Someone suggested sticking a large bottle in an ultrasonic cleaner with warm water. They said the vibration plus convection would mix it up just fine, so that's what I do. I have no idea whether it even needs doing.

On the other hand, from what I've heard here most people don't bother mixing it at all. If it does separate out and you get a puddle of pure nic on the top or the bottom we would have heard horror stories by now. Most people reckon if there is any separation it's very limited.

I guess it's always possible to test it. Never done that but apparently it's not hard to do.
An alternative- shake well the original shipped bottle (maybe in a larger container) before splitting into smaller bottles without air space.

When unfreezing a storage bottle, pour it temporarily into a larger bottle and shake well, then either leave it there or transfer it back.

I don't ever recall anyone actually reporting a bottle separating into hot and cold spots. It's a rather theoretical concern.

Seems like an odd sales pitch to me since people here are concerned about the small quantity of oxygen in the dead space of a bottle. Doesn't make much sense to me either, Rossum, but if it tastes right and stores right then it probably is right. The empiric versus the theoretical; when faced with the choice, I tend toward the empiric.

I've seen some speculation (I think it was speculation) that the TH version is older, oxidized nic. And considering that they sell it for $25/liter verses $110/liter for "Regular", that makes sense. It does not make sense that they do additional processing (adding O2) and then cut the price to less than 1/4 regular price.

Somewhere here there is a long thread on this subject but it's been too many months since I read it. But Occam's Razor says it's older juice and I have no problem with that. However, I would not personally take up precious freezer space for older nic just to get the price under $50. There is lots of good clear nic around (like MFS) for $50/liter. Just my own take on things at the present time. And I've never tried their "TH", "wholesale" or "Premium" nic so I can't speak for the value at 2x the MFS price. MFS was always good enough for me.

I found MFS too "peppery" for my taste. I went to Nude Nicotine. I don't have the scientific knowledge to evaluate all of the selling claims but I like the taste. They offered a 15 ml sample at 100 mg/ml so I could have a very extensive experiment, I liked it and now have several 500 ml bottles of their "Armor" cooling at sub-zero. My quest for the perfect has ended. NN may not actually be perfect but I have stopped searching.
