I got my blu, took almost three weeks to get here, but I got it and for a few days it was ok, not great, but ok. I ordered a 306A Kit from CigTechs.com on Friday, 7/3 and got it this morning and it kicks .... The vapor production is far better than anything I had with blu, and it is far more consistant. Oh and did I mention is cost less, just something to think about guys. I'm letting my wife use the blu until I can order her a 306A kit at the end of the week, after that I think it is going back to blu. . . . . .:thumb:

This is the letter.

Dear blu affiliates,

Due to the incredibly overwhelming demand for blu and our pursuit of a great customer service experience, blu will not be taking orders from the 7th to the 21st of July. This will give us time to clear our backlog and ease customer frustration. While we know pausing new orders will inconvenience our affiliates, we hope that it will greatly decrease the number of pending sales from your customers. This will also help to reduce cancellations dramatically, ensuring you receive payouts that suit your ongoing efforts.

We definitely hope you will continue promoting blu after the 21st of July when we re-open orders. Many of you have had extremely high conversion ratios, so we hope you will return pushing traffic to us after the catch-up period on the 22nd of July.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

This is the notice on their home page now:

Due to the incredibly overwhelming demand for blu and our pursuit of a great customer service experience, blu will not be taking orders from the 7th to the 21st of July. We are pausing orders in an attempt to clear our backlog and take care of our current customers.

During this time period, orders will continue to be shipped out and staff will be working as usual at blu in Administration and Customer Care; however, we simply will not be taking new orders. We sincerely apologize to our customers for the shortcomings in our current system. We understand your frustration with regards to our shipping delays. We feel this is the best way to alleviate the back order issue and make sure those who have chosen to buy from blu are getting the service and product that they expect from us.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

So doesn't this also mean that they're basically screwing people who already invested in the starter kit and need parts or carts?

No it means they're being honest. They're doing what they can to catch up and if they don't they'll never get rid of the back log and it will always take a month to get anything. If the pause orders for a couple weeks they can catch up and start getting stuff out quicker after that period.

IT's a good thing.

The 510 atty fits on the battery, just doesn't fit in the PCC put together. J108 is supposed to be the same thing.

Took 3 weeks to receive starter pack, which lasted 8 days.
Now they say it's taking 3 weeks to send cartridges as well.

:-x

They are horrible, stay away.

they're saying another 3 weeks cause you can't even order anything until the 21st.

I'd like to see what people think of them a few months down the line. It seems like they have a good starter product, but most people just hate the shipping times and thats it.

Say, DrBallard... are you feeling like that's a "good thing", or would you say you're feeling more "screwed"?
