how much did you vape each day when you started, and how much now?

Haven't got my nebula from Ben yet (though some of my liquids did come today) I'm probably only gonna do it until I get my nicotine fix for maybe 5-10 minutes, like the habit of an analog, then put it down for a while. all day vaping really doesn't seem that enticing to me.

how do you guys fare? were you like me then kind of moved on to all day vaping at some point?

When I first started, I vaped constantly.. Now I'm down to almost constantly.

2-3ml per day is about average, I've seen days 3-4ml. I have seen myself go hours sometimes without tooting. When I feel like a toot, I toot.

fair enough, just can't see myself tooting all day though. I have smoked hookah for a few hours at a time, but I this will be a completely different feel.

Originally about 3-4ml per day @ 24-36mg/ml ....about 100mg/day

Now(15 months later) about 6-7 ml per day @ 12mg...about 80mg/day

When I started back in November, I used about 2ml of 24mg per day. Now I use about 3ml of 6-8mg. My habits and tastes have changed quite a bit as well. I started out using the e-cig much the same as a cigarette, but now I just vape whenever I feel like it.

I originally thought I would vape like I smoked, only at certain times, for a short time period.

Then I realized that there is no way to tell when to stop (with an analog, it's pretty obvious when you are done), and that vaping inside/stealth vaping is possible, so now I do it all day, whenever I feel like it.

some of the flavors are too delicious to put down, viking vapor's blackberry being one of them

I vape the same amount as when I started ( all freakin day basically )
I did lower my Nic to 6 mg/ml from 36mg/ml so I do not jones nearly as much as I used to .
My next step will be down to 3mg/ml

this is after 8 months on E-cigs

I've also cut down from 36 to about 12mg/ml.
Soon down to 11.5
I don't think there enough hours in a day to cut down to 3.

I started exactly a year ago.
I vape more heavily now on 8 volts.
When i started it was 3 volts, then 6.
I vape about 4~5 ml a day.

Well, let's see. It used to take me all day long to smoke 4 packs. Sometimes there would be one burning in my hand and another burning in the ashtray, so the numbers could vary. There is an e-cigarette in my hand as I type this, and another one in my CLEAN ashtray, but it ain't burning. Since I don't have to waste my time lighting it, does that mean that I am vaping more often than I smoked?

I probably started out at about 1.5 to 2 ml's per day at 24mg strength, but now I'm right around 2.5 to 3 ml's per day at around 9mg strength. Even if I vaped 5 ml's per day it's still better than those darn cigs!

When I first started I got some 24mg juice from totally wicked that was way too much for me. I noticed I wanted the sensation of smoking more than the actual nic. I now smoke 14mg, I would smoke lower but thats the lowest you can get from Mrs T, that way I can vape away all day without getting that heady feeling from too much nic.

I used to vape literally non-stop when I started.... this was coming from smoking a pack a half a day. Now a days I don't vape as often as I seemed to have kicked my nic habit a bit.
