I was reading Reddit, and following this post on Juicy Vapor:

The response from the vendor and the community chatter got me thinking. How much of your purchasing is based on word-of-mouth, customer service from previous sales, or a mix of both.

For me, word-of-mouth is what drives me to make a first-time purchase every time. I've yet to order from a juice or hardware vendor without it so far. I'm just wondering if this is uniform for everyone. Thoughts?

Checking online and snooping around the forum can give a person a pretty good indication of what to expect concerning vendors. After a couple years of making purchases from many different suppliers and having zero issues to complain about, has worked for me.
