How old are you and how long did you smoke

Female, 30 years old and started smoking at 13, was up to a pack-a pack and a half a day at 17 for 12 years. Been vaping for over a year, and occasionally have a cigarette just to remind myself how nasty they are. But, I don't plan on having any more.
