Stopped smoking in 2011 and started again June 2013 after extreme stress. Stopped in October/November and started vaping.

I started at 13, it only turned into a real habit at 15. Depending on how you see it, I smoked between 6 to 8 years
Not a long time, but I had to give up for my own sake, it had taken a huge toll on my track running.

I'm70 yr. old smoked for 50 yrs. vaping was the only way I could quit, cold turkey,best thing I could have found, it's been 15 mo. with out a smoke,but I still try one ,only taking one puff,know i'm not missing them at all.kinda like trying all the different vaping items got three mods that I use , VTR, gripper ,and trusty v/8. wife has three spinners. o and also stiil have and use the go go mods,plus lots of tanks ,cleaomizres,and also have a mechincal mod but don't care for it, just wished the younger ones will try vaping instead of the cigs, I'm sure it will save a lot of lives,best of luck to you all dennis,j
