I'm 36 I started about 5 years ago as a social smoker then I picked it up and eventually started smoking 2 packs a day yet I managed to play ice hockey 3 days a week. Quit with an e-cig I haven't looked back

First tried when I was 12/13 in a storm-drain when a friend pulled out a packet. (Very rarely and occasionally until the age of 13 where it just didn't interest me.)
Then at the age of 14 for a year until I got caught by my parents, was a 2 month grounding.
Then at the age of 16 an ex of mine was an avid one on the analogs, so I was on them for another 2 years after.
All in all I'd say at least 3 and a 1/2 years worth. Best staying off them for the rest of my life. I know it's silly I'm on the E-cig, but it's better than having the real thing.

8 years on analogs, quit for a few weeks/months sporadically, am currently only 7 days smoke free..But have been vaping sporadically for the last 2 years. This time around I found that upgrading to a better e-cig has really slashed any cravings for the real thing!

Glad technology has come so far, in time to save me from myself!

Just took a new job where I'm around smoking the entire time I'm at work and decided to get serious about vaping more as a preventative than anything else. I had no idea it would turn into such a hobby. I do like my hobbies.
