Smoked on analogs for 6-7 years
Then switched to DIY hand-rolled analogs for 3-4 years. Went very heavy on that one (50grams of tobacco bag every 4 days...)

Glad I'm done with them!! Chain vaping with 6mg atm lol... Still feeling ...., anxious and insonamic (probably due to my benzo / c.oke / drinking withdrawl)

Still undecided what to do with caffeine (i'm addicted to it too). Blah, quitting so many things at the same time. Still feeling like I'm in in hell but I won't give up.
