I smoked a pack and a half a day. Sometimes 2 packs for 37 years.
I sent for my first Ecig Kit in Dec.2011. When received, I quit the same day (Dec.10, 2011).
A week later, I asked someone (out of curiosity) if I could take a hit of their cigarette (Kool- in which I always smoked) and I handed it right back and told her I couldn't believe how terrible it tasted and never touched one again, to this day!
