How old are you and how long did you smoke

36, smoked 5 years, for the last 3 years I was about a pack day smoker, been smoke free for about 7 months

I'm 36, smoked for 20 years. At my peak when I was 17-18, I was at 2 to 3 packs a day of Reds. Before I quit I was down to 15-17 ultra-lights a day. Been vaping for 98 days and smoked one cigarette that whole time. A Camel non-filter lit with a Zippo.
