I couldn't follow what he was trying to explain either. What do you consider "slop"? And you put the o-ring under the pin? You remove the pin entirely to place it under the pin? Doesn't that block the electrical connection with the battery? Oye ve!![]()

And we always WIN!ProVaris are fun to argue about.
So SOO us...lol
Pretty much.And we always WIN!![]()
The provari is a beast virtually indestructible and it's USA made.
What's an ideal source for such an o-ring?Up/Down movement due to weak grommet under the pin. Same issue as Vamo/Vmax and a few others.
As we have seen, o-rings come in all sizes, also many thickness, and they do stretch fairly easy.
A thin o-ring stretched over the pin so it contracts back, under the pin. Gives gentle lift to the pin and helps to maintain position.
Small eyeglass screwdrivers or pointed tweezers assist in working it into position.
Hey, it's a 10 cent, 5 minute fix.![]()
Much like taking a stick and poking at a hornets nest. They knew what they were going to start. But I guess thats OK??

Yup. That's the whole of it.I have some of the latest and greatest APV's and Mechs right here.....and like them. But as I logged onto the forums and saw this thread, I looked down at my hand and said "I'll be damned, a Provari is in my hand"
You know.....they are just "good ole Mods". They just work well.
Kinda like the Stihl Chainsaw or the Milwaukee power tools in my garage....or my Snapper riding lawn mower. I can go out there and power them right up at any time and they work so much better than most of the tools Ive bought over my lifetime.
If it works...it works.
Nope, I've got two different DNA 20 mods that both included batteries and on-board chargers that were each under $200 delivered to my door. So a Provari ain't cheap.
Is that the Provari warranty?THIS IS WHAT STARTED A NEARLY 400 POST THREAD....OVER-REACTION ? You decide....![]()
It's ALL YOUR FAULT!I almost feel evil now... was just fooling around. Aaanyways... I found several.
Vape what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law... imho.
And he also said later moments later, "I have seen one, and held one, and vaped one. And alls I got to say is, now I get it!"
I don't need my PV to run apps....lolWhich is a testament to the quality of the ProVari, not the ridiculousness of the actions of some of it's users.
You know that I have never cracked on the quality of the ProVari itself. I may have cracked on ProVape because they haven't updated it....I may have cracked on the actions of some of it's zealots.
But I have never cracked on the quality of the device. I even helped you recommend it to someone who had $300.00 budgeted for a new PV. (Of course I had to pimp an MVP 2 as a backup...)
It's a top of the line device, but it's not perfect. Someone made a great analogy about the I-phone and Blackberry several posts back and it applies here. When the first I-Phone hit the market, our IT department wouldn't even allow them to connect to our network. Blackberry and the security of our BES servers made of a BB only shop.
Now, all we issue is I-phones. Apple continued to improve and innovate the I Phone. Blackberry assumed that the faithful would remain faithful. They are now irrelevant.
The rest of the vaping world is catching up. And just so you don't think I'm pulling statements out of my .... cheeks, check out this review of the Itaste 134 mini from Spinfuel...
Review: Innokin iTaste 134 Mini
"The iTaste 134 proper and mini are the wattage-only equivalents to the ProVape ProVari. They are built with the same level of precision, they are as accurate in their wattage as ProVari is with voltage, and they are head over heels better looking than a ProVari, if you like the masculine lines that is."
High praise indeed!!!
His name is Phil, not Pete.
I met Busardo at VapeCon. Know what he was vaping? His black ProVari.
