Here is one of the sites I came across regarding the thrush ( there were a couple more but I didn't bookmark them).

I'm not a doctor, but I did spend over 40 years in the medical field as a physician'a assistant and RN. For what that's worth. And no, I did not spend the night at a Holiday Inn.(Bad television and radio advertisement joke in the US.)
And let me say here that I am so sorry you are having issues.
That's interesting. Could you provide the documentation (a link) that you uncovered?
Vg is a natural sweetener used in a lot of food products. The natural sugars might lend to causing thrush. Just an educated guess. Thrush is common in diabetics when their blood sugar increases.
I've sincerely never heard that vaping could cause this, but I could be wrong. Pg and Vg both can cause mild dehydration if water intake is not increased.
Vegetable glycerin is actually sold as a skin emolient for dry rough skin ... maybe try some selectively on the affected body parts. You can find it in drug and department stores in the skin care department.

Hot flashes typically results from hormonal imbalances (pregnancy, menopause, thyroid disorders, etc. I suggest that you pay a visit to your health care provider and ask if you need to be screened for a medical disorder that might be causing these symptoms.
This could be caused from just about anything. Detoxing from smoking, behavorial changes caused from making the switch from smoking, and all the issues that you have brought forward with this post.
Again, I've never heard of vaping being the cause for discoloring teeth. Perhaps it is the flavoring agents in your e-liquids?
