Here's what you do: deprive yourself of vaping for a few hours. Keep thinking about how you wish you could vape, but have to wait until a certain time. Keep thinking about vaping but wait until that time. When it arrives- drip that thing, don't cart it- drip it. Get a brain blasting hit of vape. Every time you start thinking about analogs, delay your vape until you are sure you want to vape.

It's been 2.5 weeks since I started this post. And again thank you all for all the sound advice. Well, I'm still taking it slow, I've started vaping the ego and I like it. It appears to be more satisfying, although it's taken a little time to adjust to the cigar size. Even bought larger capacity batteries and the 510 mega carts / attys. I'm progressing, I'm down to 1 to 2 analogs a day and none of which are with my coffee (trying to break that association). The baby steps are working!! I still have good days and bad days, but I know that is part of the process. BTW, my hubby is down to the same or less, his support has also been great.

One or two analogs a day is a huge improvement over one or two packs a day. I smoked an analog today, first one in two weeks. No Big Deal, I prefer vaping.

I quit buying stuff for 6 months. Mostly due to moving and parlayed it into a buying freeze. It opened my eyes to what was needed and what was wanted.I buy tons of stuff now again with a real address.could have sent it to a po box when I was homeless but what fun would that be.Spend what ever makes you happy and listen to no spouse for they realy want to give you a rake for xmas anyway.
