Ok, I'll admit....I had my doubts about this one. After all, Imeo is just a man...how many home runs can he hit? All i can say is wow buddy...you are the Babe Ruth of the vaping world! Iatty is by far the best vaping experience i've ever had. Thank you so much for this, GG for life! :)

Babe Ruth! Thats a huge compliment Ken!! Thank you my good friend. And with the original wick from China that it will be here in about 2-3 days Iatty will vape even better!:)

The o-rings from McMaster-Carr for iAtty are listed below. I got the measurements from the thread for o-rings:

US Measurements:

9/16 x 1/16 sku# 9452k59 (Base of Connector)
3/32 x 3/32 sku# 9452k317 (Ceramic)
5/32 x 1/16 sku#9452k15 (Ceramic)

Or another option for Ceramic:
(2 each of) 1/8 x 1/16 sku#9452k14 (Ceramic)

5/32 x 3/32 sku#9452k167 (Mouthpiece)

Metric Measurements:

14/1.5 sku#9262k634
2/2 NO SKU LISTED
4/1.5 sku#9262k422
3/1.8 NO SKU LISTED
4/2 sku#9262k163

**just put the sku# in the search box at the top and it will take you right to the o-ring to order. I would go the US measurement route as you can see some of the metric sizes they don't sell, and they sell over 480k items.

Disclaimer: I double checked these part numbers and you should too!!

Thank you Repent!!

BTW. I found out that McMaster-Carr carry the resistance wire. If anyone ordering o-rings would like to save on shipping from one location.

0.16mm = sku# 8880K84 High-Temperature Nickel Wire .006" Diameter.

They also have 0.13mm sku# 8880K85 High-Temperature Nickel Wire .005" Diameter.
Great to know!!

Guys the USA messurments are not right. I am almost sure that the 2 same o-rings for ceramic will be thin for the ceramic. They are 3/1,6 when we need 3/1,8. The o-ring for mouthpiece is not right too because we need 4/2 and they are 4/2,4. I think that the ceramic o-rings will go very easy inside so maybe we will have leakage and the o-ring for mouthpiece is too big and it will not fit.

I havent check the other o-rings for UFS, GGTS etc but I am sure they arent the right ones all of them

Iatty

14/1,5 base of the connector In US Measurements: 9/16"x1/16"
2/2 and 4/1,5 or 2x3/1,8 around ceramic In US Measurements: 3/32"x3/32" and 5/32"x1/16" OR 1/8"x1/16"
4/2 under mouthpiece In US Measurements: 5/32"x 3/32 (FYI--3/32"=2.381mm)

I'm not seeing anything wrong here. I do see where there is some rounding. This is a chart I use for conversion.

These correlate to the McMaster SKU's I posted earlier.

I ordered the ones (US measurements) you suggested Repent. If they are wrong...i guess i'll make an o-ring necklace.

Well I know that Ripple did a little rounding as the numbers don't come out exact, but we're talking thousands to hundreds of an inch difference.

I simply took those numbers and found the part numbers for them. The math is very close.

Finally I got my IAtty today and all I can say is, "Wow!" I made my first coil at 1.6ohm (as registered on my ProVari), it took all of 3 minutes and I used the method of placing the wick on top of the coil. I love this thing. It vapes fantastic. Imeo you are a genius. I did get the o-rings that were sent to work fine, but I was REALLY determined to use the IAtty today. I will say that I did use a ceramic I took out of an old CE2 I had laying around my house. The one that came with my IAtty had a stem that was just a smidgen bigger around. My only concern is there is a 1 - 1.5mm gap between the top cap and the body. Is that normal?

I have a very small gap there as well. Minims closer to about .5mm and I think it's normal. I'm sure someone more in the know will chime in soon on this :)

Ace and Lord, yes, a .5mm gap is normal. anything more than that.... I would say check the threads, make sure they are clean and try screwing it back on. However, as long as everything works and no leaks, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Looking at the package of o-rings I found at Ace Hardware, The size is 1/8" x 1/16". This size I had correlated to 3/1.8mm.
Fits like a glove with just the right amount of pressure needed to insert the ceramic into the plastic. Far cry from the day before when I tried to use the o-rings that had been already installed upon arrival. I pushed/twisted/lubed hard enough to put a scratch in my desk, through a towel, when I tried to put the ceramic in the plastic. Was scared I was going to crush the ceramic and not sure how I didn't. :)

Now as I mentioned in an earlier post I did the two different size o-rings for the ceramic. The little bigger one was 4/1.5mm. Ace had some o-rings in metric, some in standard. I tried to go with only one measurement but they were either out of the correlating size or didn't carry it.

I can attest to the fact that the correlated size and the metric size, together, provide a great seal. Each o-ring, while a different size, went into the plastic independently of each other and I had to twist the ceramic to get them in with what I felt was more than adequate pressure.

Cool. Thank you Zor. I wasn't sure it shouldn't be flush, but I not concerned now. This thing is vaping like a champ. And thanks Repent I look forward to getting my new o-rings.
