WW-My goodness-to work on such a tenny tiny heart 21 years back, just lets us know how advanced the medical field has been for years. Congrats and continued health for your gift from the heavens! Thanks so much for taking a few moments for my mother. She is a tough cookie when she wants to be and a softy when she wants. Very difficult sometimes as we but heads on occasion!
Thanks MrsIkenmoke for your continued support-what a gem you have been to the family.
I want to ackowledge how grateful I am for my honey. He has been so great throughout all of this. Tonight he prepared a pink vodka sauce with marinated garlic cloves, artichoke hearts, black olives over capellini noodles and sundried tomato focaccia. Special delivery to the hospital. I love this man!!!!

Mother has been moved out of the cvicu and into her own room. All is well so far. I can now stay in the room with her at all times. She should be able to go home in a couple days. Thanks friends/family for all the good thoughts.

She will be sooo happy to get into a quiet room! The ICU is such a hectic place...my mom's an ICU nurse & it can get rather busy in there..great news. All the best!!!!

I bet she's a good girl just like her lovely mommy. Twenty-one or not! Does she have your red hair? No Iken, stop!

Just want everyone to know what a GREAT guy Stubear is......... As you all know I am not in FL but, in AL. Stu had some atty's and I was in dire need. Been blowing them left and right due to stress. He got me a handfull in 1 1/2 days. Stubear-you rock and have a big heart!

Hi Tina,
WOW!!
This is more than needed my dear..
I was just doing the norm. I ty for the praise and I am glad ur Mom is doing better..
I hope the atty's are working for ya and I hope ur not blowing anymore out. LOL..
But the best way to get over stress is to close ur eyes, think of a place u want to be in (like Hawaii, or the beach. u know what I'm talking about) Breath in and out slowly. try in the back of ur mind to count to 25, and when ur reach 25, slowly open ur eyes.
If that doesn't work, heck, vape a lot.. LOL
That works 4 me at times (not always).
I do try to help others as much as I can..

Oh, Tina...how wonderful to hear she's stabilized enough to get moved to her own room. This must be a tremendous relief for you. Cherish your time with her!!! I lost my beloved mother two years ago, and there isn't a day that passes that I wouldn't think twice about giving just about anything to see her again. I'm so happy for you. :)

And Stu??? You're definitely one of the good guys! It's awesome what you did for someone in need. That's why I love Isaac's forum so much. Soooo many wonderful people here.

Reading this made my day Stubear, such a nice guy with a big heart. If anything I can ever do for you please let me know, would be an honor.
I also second Woody's comment about such a great forum with genuine and sincere people. The nicest thing about this place is if your having problems there's always someone to help out. Ya'll just keep doing what ya do, it's great. :D

Most definitely Aspen and Mom!
Great Place, Greater People here!

Stu really and truly is a genuine, sincere and considerate man. One of the best people I ever met in my life.
Words can't express how grateful we are to have such beautiful people here. When you think the world is getting darker around you, remember people like Stui do indeed roam the earth, even how rare these traits can be. They still do exist. Thank you again Stu, for showing that humanity, generosity and pure good intentions is not dead.

We are home!!!!!!! Mom is doing pretty good considering.
The little sheitz scared the heck out of me on Monday night at 2:30 a. Let her out of the bed and got her to the bathroom and she was taking too long, looked in on her and she had pulled the dang IV out and was pumping blood everywhere. Said she didn't want it in anymore. Well, I won't repeat all the crap that came out of my mouth. What a sheitz!

Yay, Tina!!! That's fantastic news...well...except for your potty mouth. 8-o Seriously, some day you will look back at that bathroom adventure and be filled with love and smiles! Mom's doctors used to tell me that the feistier she got, the better sign it was that she was on the mend...so it sure sounds encouraging! Hang in there. :)

This is GREAT news Tina!!!
I'm so glad that ur Mom is doing better and you are too.
I'm also happy to have been some help, but I really can't take the credit for the atty's. You knew I was selling them anyways and you beat all the others to purchase them. LOL
Just so happy that all is well and ur Mom is getting stronger and better. Thats all we all could ask 4 anyhow.
Just remember, we are all in this together with the vaping and we need to help each other when possible.
Thats my story and I'm sticking to it..
God Bless you and ur Mom, Tina!!!
