if you want to use your mesh style atomizer without wires

put your mesh inside its hole in a way to go hard in it. Put a NR wire around the edge of the mesh and connect this wire to the positive pole of your mesh style atomizer. As you see you still need a wire because your mesh style atomizer is not made in the right way to use no wires on it. But you dont use nichrome or kanthal at all and you dont need to make coils around mesh.

Push the right voltage on this atomizer. You will need a very good VV device to do this. Or you can use GGTS at 6 volts

Danger of a short is zero to my opinion urq because I cant see any reason of that. As for the inconsistent results ohms and fluctuation, I cant see any reason of that too. The point is that if the mesh is tight on its hole and the NR wire tight on the mesh then there is no problem. I made a video like this but I deleted 1 month ago because I didnt want to show this setup to people. It was vaping like crazy at 6 volts:)
