Well it's also a very good point. I know you have to measure cost effectiveness when developing a product so if it is not a common issue then it would not make sense to implement in the design.

I have an easy solution. I will just keep a small lunchbox cooler in my vehicle to store my GGs when I leave them. This should help.

Nice info.. I gotta try 28 gauge kanthal, I think I've got a small amount at home. You can still use 30 gauge silver wire for the non resistance wire right? Or does that have to be thicker as well?

Sounds just like Texas we have some summers with day after day of 38 celsius and high humidity

But I'l take that over freezing temps any day. My poor bones don't have enough insulation to handle cold temps.

To my opinion, all atomizers produce same smoke. They are all based on nichrome or kanthal around a wick or a mesh. The differences are very small, maybe zero.

Keep telling yourself that. There are various factors that cause attys to vape differently and effect the big three:
Taste (juice flavor, metalic taste and burnt taste),
Vapor production,
Atty lifespan.

Causes:
Wick material
Coil material
Filler material
Quality of coil wrap
Number of wraps in coil
Guage of coil wire
Distance of filler material to coil
Physical placement of:
...Coil
...Wick
...Filler material
Shape and material of juice well under coil
Atty housing material

All attys vape the same? We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Maybe I didnt express myself exactly as I wanted my friend Human. I am not talking about China cartos or China stuff that its not clear what they have inside them. I am talking about atties that modders make and I am talking about testing them under same contitions. So if we test atomizers under same contitions and we blockade atomizers with a filler that is a very old technology, we will have very small differences to my opinion. And if you read well my first post I was talking only about smoke and not for taste or lifespan

I had to re-read your original post in order to better understand. The first time around I got hung up on "all attys are the same" which when referring to prepackaged attys is just not correct. I see now that you are talking about RBAs and a consistent way to set them up?

sure Human. I was talking for RBAs with same wick, same wire, same coils around wick, same width of wires, same ohms, even same room temperature. Thats why I said that all atties produce same smoke. They based on same technology. Of course there are small differences on smoke but not something important to my opinion

Yeah sub, 30 gauge is thick enough since there is no resistance.
