It is but just like the new gun laws they're making criminals out of Americans. Nobody is going to just not buy illegal guns to protect their families and the same with vaping to not go back to smoking. All they did was make more money for the criminals in our societies and that's

I'm angry at the overreach, but fairly confident the regs will be eased thru litigation. I've stocked up to some extent, but I can't see the regs staying unchanged with all the scientific evidence being used in our activism and soon to be lawsuits. Ever the optimist, I hope I'm not just hiding behind my rose colored glasses. For the sake of current and future smokers, and all of us as vapers, I continue to fight were I can and hope

I like your idea of getting an attorney at this point. When will you be doing that?

FranSea, I SOOOOOO understand. I've been pretty much away from ECF in general due to the doomings as well. I'm doing my best to learn what I can, then take that info and disseminate it to non-vapers. We need not only the choir..... but the packed house as well.

Oh ditto, ditto, ditto, ... ditto!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't think it's rose colors, Bovi. I too, (and DPL) agree that common sense among the masses will eventaully just slide into place. People (the GP) will get it, sooner or later. Watch what happens to this country if (when?) the FDA takes sugar away....
