Internets been out all day. I finally decided I'd figure it out and found someone had knocked the internet ac plug loose.
Tonight I get to spend my night in the hospitals sleep center. Sleep study #2. Hurrah.

My son worked up a dinner menu for Father's Day, a pasta salad, grilled sausage "pigs in a blanket" with cheese and a banana split, man it was good stuff!
Been using "sleepy time" tea the last couple of days, that and the melatonin/Theanine combo seem to keep me somewhat sane so far.

Welp other than going to the wrong hospital and causing a great deal of havoc there I did it. The 2 hospitals are only 6 blocks from each other and what a nightmare to get around in them. They keep adding on and both of them cover 2 square blocks each. Mislabeled doors etc. One has 5 emergency room entrances they've moved the ER so many times. They call that progress.
Were you able to get any sleep for them to study? Sounds like a difficult place to sleep!

It's really not. Except you're not allowed to leave the tv on for background noise and you're wired up with about a 1000 wires. The room has a regular bed and no windows. They watch you with a camera.Were you able to get any sleep for them to study? Sounds like a difficult place to sleep!

He's not joking about the wires either! It takes a good five min to unhook you if you go to the bathroom then another ten to hook you back up!

That's all I do is sleep Fran but I'm gunna have to get up today because I have 2 dr. appts. today.
