Okay, but what if there is only one we are interested in. If someone beat your bid would you be locked in to take something else or could you then pass so it goes to the next bidder. Am I making this complicated?

Lol no not all at all! Infact your helping a great deal! If the person that was dead-set on something that has been chosen and if they decline then the award would go to the next person in line
