Hello everyone. So, to start, my sister bought a Blu starter pack, let me try it, and I liked it a lot. Recently she has given it to me (or what's left of it I should say). I currently have 1 battery, some Blu cartomizers, and a wall charger. I just started looking into more e-cig and vaping stuff yesterday for the first time (I didn't even know about e-juice until yesterday). I'm basically looking to be as frugal and efficient as possible and am not quite sure where to go from here. I like the Blu menthol carts as well as the tobacco ones (a lot of the others seem to produce almost no vapor). I would enjoy getting any feedback on my current Blu stuff, your guys' and gals' experiences, and where to go from here. I just don't want to end up getting/doing anything stupid. Ideally I'd like to get a set-up where i can vape what I like, when I like, and spend the least amount of money doing so and getting to that point. If anyone can point me in the right direction(s) that would be splendid. Hope this wasn't too long or rambling of a post. Thanks for reading.

I would get an Ego starter kit preferably with a twist battery but they are a little more. Keep in mind that the smaller the battery the more you will have to charge it. If possible get a kit that includes 2 batteries. Get one that includes some type of atty and maybe even a free sample of juice.
On the long term. When it comes to juice if you really want to gain a dislike of tobacco get other flavors. Get sample packs. I moved away from tobacco flavor like the first week. One month later I gave away $30 worth of cigars to a friend. LOL
Real early on I had some batteries die and was left with smoke or sleep. I went to bed.

Thanks for the replies steved5600. I should have mentioned above that I haven't really ever been smoker, that is, though I have smoked in the past, it was more in spurts and with considerably long intervals in between. I just dig the idea, and sensations, of vaping.
I tried the blu about 2 or 3 years ago. Didn't do anything for me. I agree with Steve about the eGo's. As for juice what else can I say but there are thousands out there and that many people like each one. I vape a lot of different juice during the course of a single day. You said your not a smoker so just try to find something that pleases you. You can get the flavor you want with 0 nic in it. But First just buy small samples till you find something you like. And I would also like to welcome you to the great world of ECF and vaping.

Welcome to ECF. Click on this link and see Post #20 for my recommendation. I know you want to keep the expense down, but keep in mind that cigarettes aren't free and you will save money with vaping vs. cigarettes.

I would go with a ego-c kit, which comes usually two batteries and everything you need to get started. The favors are endless. You can even get kits that you can make your own favors. But like most of the guys say get a sample pack so you can try and find the favors you like. Because you might get one that you hate and you spent your money on it and waste it or smoke it. At least with sample pack you can find a few favors. If your not a heavy smoker you might not even get into the nicotine level. Me I was about 2 pack a day smoker so I smoke a 36 to 24 mg nicotine level. You can even get the liquids in 0 nicotine level. I love the ego-c and the twist battery which I got separately.

Best advice, make sure you get zero-nicotine e-liquid... If you're not an addict already, no reason to become one!
Wellcome to ECF Sfingle! Keep in mind that most people who vape used to smoke regularly. Vaping is generally considered much less harmful than smoking, but not enough research has been done yet to say with total certainty that it is safe over the long term.
If you do stay with vaping, I agree totally agree with everyone who said use zero nicotine juices.
As for hardware, if you wanted a better performing system (which will be bigger than your current e-cig), I started with an eGo kit which worked very well for me as a newbie and I still appreciate the gear. That would give you 2 complete PV's and all the accessories needed. If you like the small size of the Blu, other people can give you much better information on them as I never used them.

Here's another quick question: for the Blu cig battery I have (or any others I might get in the future) is it better to let it fully drain before recharging, or is it okay to charge it when it's about half spent or so?
