Jumping in, a day late, more than a dollar short and probably repeating what has been said in other ways, I dual used for a long long time. One day I was struck by the realization that I had not had a cigarette in days. Five years later, I remain cigarette free.

I have changed my signature to start for tomorrow the 6th and will be 4 months until birthday.
But also added 8 hours to it as today I started to vape at 4 pm w/o DST.
Tried to vape at 20wtts @0.51Ω using a dual coil in the bellus original.
Then tried 15wtts and was good but not so much vapour production.

Giving away my cigs now, and will be forced to vape.
But this house is full of smokers so it will be easily available even if.

Need to do this, and will never give up giving up.

It can be tough living with a smoker. When I first started vaping it took me a few months to taper down and finally quit. I did quit completely for a few months and felt myself sinking into a cloud of depression. I think that some people are more addicted than others to the other things in cigarettes than nicotine. At one point I was vaping, using nasal snuff, and Swedish snus. I have since quit the nasal snuff and have been able to decrease my vaping nic from 32 to 12mg. If it takes one or two cigarettes a day to get you to the point where you can function then so be it. It's still a win with the pack or more that you don't smoke each day. I second the recommendation on you trying some WTA. Everyone has their own opinion on who makes good wta and I've tried most of the ones out there. I was one of the original testers when Dvap developed the process of extracting WTA from tobacco so I measure all others by that standard. I know it's expensive but aromaejuice has the best that I've tried and I always keep a bottle on hand while I've thrown others in the garbage after trying them. Just take it day by day and do the best that you can.
