So, maybe I am out of my mind, and this could be potentially VERY dangerous, but I have a thought. In the event of a ban on e-cigs ( and I'm not to worried about the ban on devices, because I see too many ways around it. If they can't ban .... pips, how could they ban these?) I think the juices are what might be going away here soon. Well, I have my E-cig, and carts, so what do I do about the juice? Well here is my Idea, and please, tell me if Im crazy, and only try it at your own risk, I can get VG or PG commercialy no prob, artificial flavorings, no prob, but what about the nicotine? Well, nicotine patches are available, and they contain a regulated amount of nicotine. Well, what if you got a bottle of VG, and soaked a patch in it for a while, added some flavor, and vaped it? Is this a great Idea, or one of the stupidest things you've ever heard? Again, just an Idea, and I'm not advocating trying it, but maybe someone more informed on these things can shed some light on this....

Yeah, I dont think it would be the best option, but I had to ask. Im sure the glue would be bad to inhale. Plus, I dont think nicotine is esspecially trandermic ( i mean soaks into the skin, not sure if that is the right term), so I'm sure they probablly use a chemical to help/regulate the absobtion through the skin. I'll look into this SNU business right now...

Don't worry about a ban. You'll still be able to get it from overseas. I get a bottle of absinthe every year from overseas or so with no issues (the REAL stuff $250+ a bottle).. mmm!) Now that would make a good vaping flavor!

That's true, my friend in the military brought my a bottle of Absinthe. It is not legal to sell that in the USA but it is not illegal to own a bottle of it here.

Oh this is absolutly true, do a google search for absinthe, or cuban cigars for that matter. There are a TON of sites based over seas that will ship you boxes of cubans no problem, in fact most sites post the prices as USD meaning, we are the target demo. Also, a lot of these sites "insure" the arrival of your shipment, and in the event it is siezed by the gov. They will reship it free of charge!...

There has been much discussion about DIY options (DIY e-liquid - e-cigarette-forum.com • The place for electronic cigarette reviews, news and chat), though I don't think anyone has posted a satisfactory method for nicotine extraction.

I'm wondering, however, what vaping will be like after a ban. In Australia they can search your house and arrest you if a cop suspects you have a vaporizer. However, I know individuals have stated they can still get liquid via mail from China there. Would we in the US still be able to vape without it being a crime? Since most people aren't even aware of the devices I'm sure you could for a while. It'd make it hard to convert more smokers, and thus more public sympathy, if one couldn't be seen vaping in public anywhere. I figure the US resellers would be out of business, but that individuals could still get equipment, etc. overseas.

my .... was legaly purchased, and legaly used for smoking marijuana in the state of CA. I have a license to legaly purchase, posses, and smoke marijuana, so FYI... its is not a crime in my state... (p.s. I dont really have a ...., but if I did, it would be legal.)

I'm going to assume that you have a bad health condition, I'm sorry to hear that. :( Not sure on the exact law there, but last thing I heard, it was alright for certain types of ill people to have it.
