In the world of REO, that we merely live in, I once knew there was more! What else are we into?

Let's see, I'm into video games, books, techy stuff, movies, backpacking and hiking (though not as much these days, I'm out of shape, but getting better), kayaking (mainly lake and mild rivers), and music. Here is an album I did with two of my best friends in the world: Amazon.com: Strata: Music

Had this pic all ready uploaded for another forum ....

These are the ones that live outside of the gun-safe :) I have "few" more rare ones tucked away safe.

The couple on the bottom right are Benchmade Mini AFCK ....... I have 7 of them and they are no longer made in that style.
Still my favorite EDC knife. 300+ days of the year I have two of them with me. A right handed in the right pocket and a lefty in the left pocket .... Never know which hand will be free n'all :D Being a lefty (AKA: Ambidextrous) is awesome ..... You right-eees really miss out.

Oh, and I do like knives too, but probably not as much as pdib. Anyone recognize these?

Well, The Chronicles of Riddick was almost more fantasy than sci-fi, soooo... ;)

Left to right; 1) Anaheim Angels (city I was born and raised in, reminds me of home when I am 3k miles away from a single family member other than my wife.) 2) A poem my little brother wrote when my father passed. 3+4) Reads Validus Familia (strong family or at least it was supposed to and I hope it does!) Portrait of my father, or Owen Wilson from Shanghai Noon (depends on the mood I am in and what story I care to tell.)

Lakers777, nice tatts, and I like the descriptions about them. I don't have any tattoos, but appreciate it when people share what is special about theirs.

I listened to the samples of the songs on the album. Nice!

Guns, knives, dead animals?

I must be from a different universe.

Nobody in my family - even extended family - hunts or collects guns, so that is a different world for me too. I'm glad my husband never decided to collect guns, given his tendency with collecting, where he's not satisfied until he has 50 or 100 or more of whatever his current collecting item is.

My husband went through a fantasy sword and knife collecting phase. We still have 24 of them hanging on the walls in our bedroom, plus quite a few still up in his hobby room.

Even though I retired from my job, I couldn't get rid of all my programming books, and still want to continue to expand my skills when I have the time.

I watch my grandkids 3 or 4 days a week. The little guys (1 is 11 months and the other is 2 1/2) really keep me busy when they are both here on the same days.

One of our current projects is getting my 69 VW Bug back into shape after sitting on the side of the house for 12 years. It has been an adventure (but a fun one!)

My husband changing the fuel pump in a random empty parking along Hwy 108... part of the adventure...

One of the new fenders that we will be putting on the car. I was hoping we would have these done and the rest of the body repainted by this fall, but it will probably not be finished up until next Spring.

I enjoy volunteering with a UMC church group to help with rebuilding homes after disasters. I haven't been able to do this as much as I wanted to the last few years, but I am going to be back in New Jersey the first part of October to help with rebuilding. This picture is me on the last trip I was on, near Biloxi, MS in 2007:

I am not a musician, but like to play guitar for myself, and I like all things Volkswagen. My husband found this guitar on ebay and got it for me for Christmas a few years back. It's one of the guitars that came with a special version of the VW New Beetles a number of years ago.

Drifting my 86, brewing beer, drum and bass, and when I can be bothered wing chun and weights. I drive concrete trucks, cause I like it, and being a psychologist wasn't what I wanted to do. Pics? Nah, photos ain't my thing. But I like looking at other peoples. Everyone's got some really cool/interesting stuff outside of vaping.

It's a pinhole camera and tripod. I wanted to make something that takes pictures of the stuff I make. (the black and whites are pictures taken by the giraffe . . . "self portrait" is in a mirror)

pdib, I was glad someone else asked about the giraffe. I was trying to figure out what it was, too. Your creations are stunning!
