How's the battery life on this thing? I guess comparable to a 900 mah Twist/Spinner? My Vision Spinner just broke last night... I was trying to pull out my drip tip from the atty to drip, and the whole battery/innards just pulled out of the casing! It still works, but I can't use the VV anymore and I'm a little iffy about how it's kinda... disassembled. I wanted the iTaste VV in the past but ended up just getting a Spinner since it was cheaper.

Innokin batteries don't have magical power so the 800 mAh battery will be a smidge less than 900 mAh you are using but the USB pass-through capabilities will allow you to vape while charging. That is helpful if you have access to USB charging during your vaping day but useless if you don't.

I'm guessing that the rivet on the back of the iTaste may be there to prevent the top from pulling off to prevent the type of oopsie that you experienced with your Spinner. However, if that is something that is important to you ask Innokin directly.

I"ve had mine for a couple of weeks. To be honest, it feels on par with a 650. I was going to replace my old Twist with a slightly used v3 someone here is selling for $25, but the shorter cut-off time is now making me re-evaluate. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I bought my v3, it's just the honeymoon is wearing off.

smacuser... would you mind explaining in a bit more detail please, as regards "the shorter cut-off time is now making me re-evaluate" comment? Thanx.

Maybe it's just my imagination, and I need to put my money where my mouth is with a stop watch. I dig the long slow draws I get from my Twist and rarely get the unit to cut off. Where as for my v3, I consistently get the blinking stop light at 10 seconds.

I just took an 12 sec drag from my dying, bought in November, Twist. So, maybe it's a couple of seconds longer, and it feels like I really have to push it. The v3 feels a tad anemic at 10 seconds, thus needing to double hit it during a single drag. Maybe it's a power or amp limit thing.

I ordered a chameleon iTaste! So the battery life is comparable to a 650mah Twist?? That's no good... I have a pink 650mah Twist that is still working (think I've had it for at least 2 years) but it does need to be recharged often so I mostly use it at home instead of out and about.
    Chameleon... lovely, me too! :D

My out and about tends to be mostly driving/riding, where a USB adapter is arms length away. Not often where I'll find myself no where near a outlet of some kind somewhere. Saying that, I do have a MVP in transit.

Okay, I hadn't had my coffee this morning. I took the v3 and Twist to work and the Twist has almost a second longer cutoff.

    My opinion only

Ah. I'm a decades long cig smoker, so I've not developed a 10 second inhale. Makes sense now... thanks.

    I was a 3 decade smoker, lol.

I have a MVP as well! Used the heck out of it the first week I had it but now it seems I only use it when I go on long trips or plan to be out and about for a while. Usually I just bring my 900mah Spinner and it lasts me all night if it's charged. The MVP is obviously heavier and bigger and more "odd" looking, so I try not to bring it out in public as much. I have used it as a backup charger for my phone when it died (during a storm and my power went out), so that was nice. I just really like the design and style of the iTaste VV though, you have no idea how many times my ecig has rolled off a table.

Just wanted to say I am loving my chameleon iTaste VV! It really is a gorgeous device, love the square shape and especially that it can be charged with a micro USB, since I have those everywhere around the house for charging my phone and tablet. It makes it very convenient. It has a nice solid feel and is similar in size to the 1100mah Smoktech Winder (Twist/Spinner style). The voltage +/- buttons seem a little finicky however... not sure if I'm suppose to double press the buttons to get the display to read, sometimes it doesn't respond until I press it 3 times or several times. Nevertheless, it does work and doesn't bother me too terribly since I don't need to change my voltage very often.

Edit: Nvm... looks like all I need to do is a longer press. All is good!
