Hmmm what about maybe sanding the lip with like 2000grit paper or something? Or is the o-ring just not big enough? Ill try and locate some o-rings locally and replace it.

It is a nice looking clearo though. Good flavor and pretty good vapor. Hopefully they will revamp them in the factory and if they do I may purchase a couple more

my blue one (1st 1) will seep out of the bottom joint after being apart (cleaning)...

But if I use a flat blade (ie:butterknife*) & tighten the two parts together & then NO more seepage ...

*use blade in air notches to be able to hold bottom stable while turning tank section
