Oh, it's all in the family. A little drool never hurt anybody.

I'm a little surprised there's still going to be a second stage of testing, though. It seems that David has committed to a final design. Is the second stage for dialing in the Super-T officially sanctioned coiling advice, for granting the 5 testers veteran status for tech support during the public release? I've been doing tech support for 20 years now, you know. Just sayin'.

Update:

Top caps, bottom caps, center posts, Helix post, outer posts all done for the Simplicity and P+ versions. Working on the drip tips now for them, per one of our testers recommendations, we lengthened the tip a bit too as he felt it was a bit short(they were shorty length). They are now half way in between the shorty length and regular length. Still waiting for the center posts to come back from the platters.

On The ELA version, center posts, outer posts, Helix posts are done. Will start on the top and bottom caps for those this coming week.

So what you're saying, is that we're getting close, right? :vapor:

Awesome. Being in the ELA camp I know it will be tough to see these landing on doorsteps before I can get mine. But ya know...I'm pretty good at waiting.

One thing I am curious on is how much difference it makes where the air output is positioned in relation to the coil. For example, will I find myself adjusting in quarter turns so an output is always positioned by a wick?

Wondering how single vs dual compares as well.

Guess I'll know soon enough.

Update: Just waiting on the damn platers to do their magic. They took a week off over Christmas, but now I'm starting to think that just don't like me...lol It's all we are waiting on for the P+ and Simplicity versions.(the posts are also in that batch there for the ELA)
