Ordered a SS Mini. These come with the new, easier to change the E2 base, correct? Thanks again Jonah and I've got to tell you your website is one of the best designed, easiest to navigate sites I've used in a long time.

Yes, the easy change base is the only option on the stainless steel tank. I think it will be the only option on all of my tanks from now on.

Well, nicely brushed Torpedo tank arrived today. Filled it, inserted my clear shorty DT, and I'm off to start my 12 shift. Hoping 5 mL's nuff to cover me half hour to/from and 12 hours. Prolly will be since I can't vape constantly like I do on days off. I'll report back in 13 hours or so. I carry spares. . .I learnt the hard way. JMHO

Cheers,

Want it to glow in the dark? Hold Torpedo in left hand.... insert right index finger into electrical outlet. Guaranteed glow in the dark.

(For those that do not understand sarcaism ~ DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!)
But it sounds like fun, please let me please.

I just received my new SS Mini Torpedo Tank. Wow, great job Jonah! The new o-ring system in the base makes changing atty's a breeze! I was also pleasantly surprised that the SS doesn't really add much weight at all. I now have a bunch of very lonely "other" tanks, sitting here looking at me, wondering when their turn will come.

I am so glad you like it Pete, I do try to make the best products I can.

Hey Jonah I have an odd question. I bought my Torpedo Tank from Hairball in the classifieds and I ordered some CE2 cut from your website got them today. Anyways For some reason I have to break the metal tube off to get them to go on my tank bottom. Is this normal? And I know people are going to say I don't have to but I seriously tried getting it in without removing the tube it just will not fit. But once I removed the tube it fit extremely snugly still needed pliers to get it in flush and it does not leak out the bottom at all.

It sounds like you bought a V1 tank that has the tube stuck in it from an old CE2. It will be a couple of weeks before I make anymore aluminum tanks as I am working on a couple of new setups. If you want when I make more I will make you a new bottom, or I will PM you with an offer.
