1. Most USB charge at .5a, so you're looking at 5-6hours for a VTC5
2. Yes
3. I've heard that just the first time is hard to untighten. Just screw and unscrew a little bit to work the threads and get any glue out if any.
4. It's recommended that you don't charge and vape simultaneously, I'm gonna stick with what's been suggested for now. Probably gonna attempt to replace the screws with magnets to make for ease of battery swap.

Thank you for answering those questions thenebulous!

Yeah I looked on the website and couldn't find it anywhere. I will try to email them tomorrow about it then. Thanks for the info!

If anyone finds it before I do, post it on here (if you can? I am new here so I am not sure if that is allowed...don't if you can't).

Also is vaportekusa a safe bet? I haven't seen anyone mention that one yet on here I don't think.

Unless I missed something ( which is very possible) On vapor tek the specs say you can update the firmware. I do not believe that is correct for the 330. So if you are looking for that feature, please make sure you confirm with them before you order. I do believe what they posted is incorrect.

New update from Elev8
UPDATES FOR THE IPV 50W BOX MOD
*Update @ 3:46AM EST 7/26: The Box mods have started shipping on 7/22. We ship whatever Pioneer 4 u sends with each batch, so we are at their mercy. They are a little slow recently with sending out units, however, we will be receiving units every 2-3 days and shipping them out once received.

The status of my order #5875 for a blue model is still awaiting fulfillment.

So..I was wondering if the people who managed to get the IPV 2 could give us a quick appraisal of it. Does it feel cheap in your hands? Is it sturdy? Reliable so far? How does it feel in your hands compared to other mods like the Sigelei for example or the HCigar one?

Got my IPV 35 watt in , it is not as robust as the Cloupor mod , you could snap the back plate if you wanted to , very thin but it is aluminum .

Screws came out easily and went back in easy . Think i will use "peel and stick " foam on it for protection , it comes in thin sheets .

Fit's most tanks but will not accept my Kayfun , bummer.

It came with a Quality control sticker and passed inspection , it's a very nice mod but if you drop it , it could be fatal lol.

Even a J wrap will not be adequate protection if you drop it .

I'd personally love to see someone snap an aluminum backplate...

Hahahahah I don't think anyone would seriously expect any form of mechanical/impact protection from a jwrap haha. That's more for scruffs and what not

For scuffs and scratches it will work fine . I'm not worried about scuffs and scratches though , i'm worried about dropping it which i have done with the Cloupor and no issues .

Maybe i'll just stick a bunch of rubber silicone bumpers all over it , that should work lol.

^I'm assuming that it's not making contact.

Get a pin kit on fatdaddy vapes.. or a better clone.

Have you adjusted the 510 screw?

Please remember, this is a forum. We need as much information possible that would help the discussion..:)

Edit- maybe we can figure out a simple gel or similar cradle...so if it lands on a flat surface, the impact is only on the cradle...then, the shock travels through and vibrates everything to pieces.

Quivk question on a kayfun not fitting though.

I'm assuming by "not fitting" you mean doesn't sit flush right?

No, my Kayfun threads about two turns and then abruptly stops cold , if i forced it to turn more it would definitely strip out or completely wreck the 510.

The Kayfun threads smooth on everything else , always has , don't know why this is . It's probably just my kayfun and i don't think others will have an issue . On another note , the black color is not even close to being black , it's a grey/ charcoal color .
