In every crowd there's always at least one drama queen and or hater and or pessimist and or stupidly foolish posts, that doesn't even deserve replies. Why I reply sometimes, I don't know...

Herb, I speak based on my own personal experience. What do you speak based on, other people's experiences and remarks? When I message a vendor, that's constantly getting bombarded by emails and phone calls, on a Friday afternoon then the vendor replies on Saturday and again on Sunday while activating a coupon for a few hours or so for me to use then that shouldn't be considered top notch customer service? And or that's considered easy to please? Call it what you will, I'm pleased with elev8vape's top notch customer service. This is the first time I've ordered from them and do plan on being a great customer that's patient, for at least 4 weeks, while not hindering them with phone calls or emails.


I hardly think what i said was out of line , imo i said i think you are someone who is easy going and easy to please , nothing wrong with that . You admitted that you would be completely satisfied if your Cana only lasted 73 days and i said BS , i don't believe it

I said most imo, would not spend $80.00 for a device that had a 73 day life span , anybody with common sense knows this . You said you think Elev8 has stellar customer service after most people ripped them a new one for 20+ pages straight , i said i think you are a great customer , not hotheaded or impatient and i would say i'm pretty darn accurate .

None of that is insulting , it is stating the obvious.

I always call it the way i see it regardless of consequences , is it popular no , but it is what it is and i have never been a (me too) person. Honestly , who cares what i think anyway lol , Carry on

Herb, if you can't quote what I've stated correctly, reply to my last post in the cloupor owner's thread properly, answer my last post's questions in this thread sensibly, and keep the cloupor owner's thread posts separate from this thread posts respectively then I will not be dignifying any more inaccurate foolishly twisted ridiculously drama ridden posts with a reply. Your last post states you always call it the way you see it then perhaps you need glasses for your post's sake? I would've understood your last post much better if it contained only the first three words... I hardly think

That said, love elev8pe. Including the IPV, I've made 17 purchases from them, and they've been nothing but stellar in CS. I've had to change 90% of my previous orders (usually because my missus discovered I had bought smth else behind her back), and they've always been responsive and understanding.

And nope! I'm not easy to please.

That said, love elev8pe. Including the IPV, I've made 17 purchases from them, and they've been nothing but stellar in CS. I've had to change 90% of my previous orders (usually because my missus discovered I had bought smth else behind her back), and they've always been responsive and understanding.

And nope! I'm not easy to please.

Glad to hear it, they have responded to anything I have questioned efficiently and quickly as well.

On a lighter note than how this thread is currently going, HAPPY 3,000th POST TheKiwi! :toast:

Hopefully the shipment they claimed will be there Thursday is enough yo cover all other orders. I believe they have to cover 6300-8000.
Edit: I know not all order #s are IPVs, but a significant amount probably are.

Not at all Kiwi , and congrats on your satisfaction with Elev8 , maybe all the Elev8 complaints a while back were bogus , i am not afraid to admit that IMO Elev8 sucks.

They never responded to me and took forever to fill my order , piss poor CS imo. I canceled and reordered with Eciggity for the 35 watt with coupon and got it for a great price and had it three days after i ordered it with free shipping.

It's a killer box mod , superb actually , only complaint is why the venting holes on the bottom where you place it down , stupid location . The other is why the big plastic window , what a waste .

I still love the Cana and use it more , go figure .

I feel like that's a draw of the luck thing, and I def don't discount that you might have had horrendous experience with them. For some weird reason, some folks will have great experiences with a vendor, while others have a consistently bad time with that same one. Not sure how that happens tho, probably some flaw in their comms system that I've been lucky enough to not face.

In fact, I know a lot of people love Eciggity but ugh my last 3 orders went to ...., and they were really rude when responding to my queries. It's one of those weird different-experiences kinda thing I guess. Shrug.
