They have it in hand now but are going to wait until the 19th to mail it out? Is this because of your deployment, or are they just going to take that long to mail it to you?

Oh they actually wanted to mail it out yesterday but I asked if they could mail it on the 19th, just to let me have time to inspect and use it. (I'm back from deployment on the 21st). In the event that it's DOA or has any issue, I can file a claim or exchange with em

Finally!! ipv v2 Received!!
Back door is flush all the way around the device on mine:) No complaints here!
This is the best 100 bucks I've spent on vaping to date!

A basis guide to how I done it would be

* Get four 3mmx1.5mm neodymium magnets, some super glue suitable for metal, a pair of needle nose pliers and a screwdriver with a rubber handle

* Remove the back plate and place face up on a piece of card.
* Squeeze a small amount of glue into the screw hole recessions and put the the magnets in, apply pressure for 20+ seconds to ensure it is in there firm.
* Clean the excess glue with a solvent

* Screw in the screws about half way into the threads on the mod and use a pliers to gently wiggled the thread bases out (they will come out eventually)
* Get a thin file and gentle file the top portion of the holes until they are the size of the magnet (must be a snug fit).
* Fill the holes with super glue and gently push the magnets in by pushing then tapping with something like the bottom end of a rubber handle screwdriver
* Clean excess glue with a solvent if you made a mess

:)

Thanks a lot!!..any idea where to order the magnets online from..I'm in Egypt and I am not sure I can find these easily or how to order them in arabic :)

Thanks! Yea, kinda gives a little perspective on how small this guy really is....Pocket PERFECT! IMO
The VTR has been gathering dust since the Nemesis and dripper purchase;)
The IPV v2 has definitely sealed its fate....It can now lay around retired with my Evic:p

I'm sure someone could put your VTR and evic to good use..

VTR is gonna hang around for sure...eVic has stripped out 510 threads(like every other 130.00 eVic) I did find a EGO to 510 adapter(rare)but its a pain in the "always needing adjustment" .... and sticks up another 5mm or so. Looks aweful:glare: Unreliable to say the least...also happens to be my worst-all time vape purchases. Sorry to go on, but I jump at the chance to bash eVic! Known problem that renders the unit useless to 510s and they did nothing...notice the "eVic Supreme" has a replaceable 510 connection? No fix, just sell them more junk when the original junk wears out in a few months...brilliant right?

pbusardo is into dna big time either way so even if it was a decent product since he went to evolve he is now considering it a clone of the dna screen, even though in all honesty how many of those screen tons of other companies buy. I have a product from pioneer for you the seven30 and I'll admit I had some quality issues with it but I fixed everything myself they were easy fixes but quite annoying. The biggest one I had was the screw inside that adjusts it's a joke I hate to be like that but it was straight junk I found one that fit and it's been working great since.

I kinda disagree with that. Phil gave praise to every other YiHi-based mod he has reviewed ... even proving it was a better chip than its' DNA counterpart when it came to output.

If I received my IPV2 and got what he got ... I wouldn't be happy either. Question IS ... outside of the cosmetic problems he clearly showed, was his chip also a lemon? Every other YiHi chip has been deadly accurate so I wouldn't see why the SX330 would be any different. It's a SHAME that a vendor would send that unit to Phil for review.

The fact that he did a review of it so quickly (he's usually behind when it comes to device reviews) makes me wonder if it was an early test unit.

Oh well, I'm sure he's still got his Provari

I find PBusardo to be sort of Pompous in his reviews, so I don't watch many. I did watch the IPV2 review, but also read the thread on here and have not heard any complaints about IPV2 at all, outside minor screw problems. Non of the problems he mentioned are an issue for people who have recieved them. I plan on getting one next week when the vendor I spoke with is getting them back in stock.

I have kinda had it with my mech, I need more power and I like regulated for safety. Probably will never get a Provari, but will just keep buying more MVP's. It is still my all day vape device. I drip when I am at home, especially when I get that 50 watt beauty and start blowing flavorful, room filling clouds ;)

I don't watch any videos , i don't know what it is but i would rather figure stuff out myself lol, usually takes longer though. With you on the MVP's , great great device but i thought you were going to hold out for the 100 watt mod , seems right up your ally because you seemed thrilled with the mechanic when you talked about it in the MVP forum .

I wouldn't be surprised if you end up wanting more power in the future and with the 100 watt double 18650 option your covered. You may be disappointed with a 50 watt powered by a single battery since you do seem to like vaping at higher wattage.

Just something to think about, not trying to change your mind if it's made up.

If you read about a week back, I had a complaint that my IPV2 displays SHORT! when the fire button is pressed with no atty attached. It's on the way back to Wet Vapes. Other that I have not heard of any one complaining of chip problems.

Is there anything that can be done about getting juice in your mouth with this higher wattage? It wasn't happening nearly as much with the 15 watt mod, I drilled open up the airflow about as far as i can with the trident thinking it might just inhaling too hard through too tight of a hole, but it didn't help. Any thoughts?
Try a flavor wick kind of thing with one tail...
