I've seen people build their bottom feeders with mesh. That's the closest thing to a selling argument for me. Just haven't been able to pull the trigger as I'm happy with what I got. I already have drippers set up with mesh - so a Reo (with import taxes and fees) would be one expensive way of getting more or less the same end result. I have no problems seeing why they have such a dedicated following tho. Seems to me the two most content groups of vapers seem to be gennie and Reo users.

I am literally thinking of a pyrex tube where the bottle in a Reo sits. With a removable gennie deck on top to hold a mesh wick. Or, in a perfect world where I could make some - or have some made - with no money concerns; I'd make one with different decks available. One for mesh wicks. One for auto-drippers with bigger wick holes. And possibly one with a submersible kayfun-ish chamber.

The Kato comes close... but it still wastes a whole lot of space on housing an ordinary atty instead of going the full mile. Reminds me I want one of those. But my next vaping purchase will be a big tank DID.

I'm thinking to put a UCAN where the bottle in a Reo sits.

I LOVE my atlantis, but dripping is not going out in my opinion.

I hate getting a bad batch of coils, especially while Im spending 25$ for these things.

Im considering getting the tugboat RDA as the price of these coils is a bit steep, and I like the convienece of never have to buy these things again if I go RDA.

I think these tanks are good for new people like me who want the big flavour/cloud without all the "hassle" of building.

Nope. Both have their advantages but I've been dripping full time since I got my veritas. It's a bit more of a hassle having to carry a bottle of juice in my pocket but where I work, I can grab a different flavor whenever I please and the likelyhood of breakage is minuscule due to how dead nuts simple they are.

Also, with all the govt regs that will eventually get pushed through, an rda will be the thing to have. I can buy screws locally and have a variety of wire/cotton for days.

Next step, diy juice once I get time away from the garden.

Usually said by those that do not know how to build properly.

Or by those that prefer a tank. There's nothing wrong with their opinions just as there is nothing wrong with yours, or mine, or anyone else's. It's just a personal preference. They may prefer the convenience of a tank or have juice that just isn't good in a dripper (case in point: some mint and menthol - I'll never put Kringle's Curse in my Magma or Mutation X, but I will gladly put strawberry in one of my RDA's). What I like May not be right for you, what you like May not be right for them. Nothing wrong with someone else's opinion if that's what they prefer.

If you can make a wick move liquids as fast or faster than the rate of atomization - it does not matter how the liquid got to the coil. All else is chamber and air flow.

Some drippers may be better (for some peoples personal preferences) than some tanks. Then again the opposite is no less true.

Yep. That pretty much sums up the process of rebuilding, in a nutshell.

I have used Magmas etc. The chalice III came close to the top flavor wise with it's small chamber. My Erlkoenigin has given me the best flavor so far. If I want more clouds the Magma did a better job. I am all about flavor and convenience hence the Erlkoenigin is my favorite. I don't begrudge anyone their happy place.

For me PERSONALLY dripping provides the best flavor which is all I am after, clouds are just a product of me trying to get the most intense flavor possible. Nothing IMO beats a well built dripper, I like using twisted wire and now I barely use other wire since I tried the twisted stuff. 0.5ohm twisted 26 gauge single micro coil wicked with KGD in my Quasar, Hobo and Tugboat v2 is my vapeing sweet spot for sure. I will say though that an authentic Kayfun v4 is pretty damn close IMHO, I have tried a clone and it is the one clone vrs authentic that I would have to say the authentic beats it really badly. I bought an authentic Kayfun v4 and I would like to possibly get another if possible. I dont really like the crazy air filled draws and I find the KF4 to be just perfect and with tiger wire in it I have finally found an RBA that comes respectively close to driping (all IMHO, YMMV of course.) I gave away my four Lemo tanks at a vape meet about two weeks ago when I set up my Delta II RBA and I set up a newbie with my old ST Mini a while ago and I tossed my two Delta IIs in my drawer when I got the KF4 three nights ago. I actually have been using the tank MORE then my Quasar which is madness. I like it with twisted 32 gauge at around an ohm.

The chamber is the flavor muter. The RDA has no flavor muter. Also, the size of coil is severely hampered on an RTA deck...for the most part...absolutely to each his own. I just do not prefer muted, chambered vapor.
This is very true although I do have a couple of juices that are better off, muted in a tank.

    Whoa .......... wait a minute!

Chamber size/air capacity *can* make a huge difference in flavor.

Many think that the added coil is the only thing that changes the flavor when doing a dual build, paying no attention that they changed the air capacity of the chamber.
