And yes, its odd how terribly embarassed people are for still having analogs. Of course it is nice to be without them, but where if not here do people understand quite so well that it's not exactly easy to stop using those? I myself never even tried to stop them altoghether, although I did make a few attempts to reduce.
i agree. i try to stress, when a friend tries out vaping, that i don't even think they SHOULD try to 'quit' smoking, they should just try vaping.
i voted that i have quit tobacco but still occasionally crave. i think i'm one of the lucky ones who hasn't experienced a need for the 'something else', simply because my times of craving have been during times of intense, acute stress. probably purely psychological, and when i vaped instead of smoking at those times the craving did diminish. i'm hoping that over time i'll associate vaping with stress relief to the point that even those extreme circumstances won't make me want a cig. but if not, i don't really mind having one cigarette every few months. compared to a pack and a half a day? i consider that success.
