e cig sales now banned in West Australia.
I am sure local vape web sales will be up and running soon after deleting anything that looks like a cigarette or anything related to tobacco on their sites, after al they cant ban the sale of batteries that just happen to double as vape gear
I am in W.A and am stocking up from O/S just in case.
We have now become Singapore re vaping
Good thread, and very important to all ANZ vapers. FYI there is another thread on the same subject in the Legal section - can find via search function just by entering Court Defeat. Thing is these two threads should be combined or at least be aware of each other.
To be a bit more precise the other thread is called Court Defeat for a Vaping Dealer in WA and it is in Law and the E- Cigarette.

That's ridiculous.
Why didn't they ban analogs?
Simple - huge taxation revenue from death sticks, only GST from electronic cigarettes, and no revenue at all from imported ones.
Petition signed. Though I am from south asia, I am still a member of the vape community. Hope this turns out well for all of us.
Insanity! Even 0 Nic banned because it looks like one is smoking tobacco? Next must be, I don't like how you are dressed, off to jail with you!
Yeah, and what about all those guys who only smoke fruit and dessert flavours. Fancy breaking the law by inhaling lemon meringue pie!
Better not exhale a breath inside a walk in freezer, ban the freezer it looks like your smoking

Dead right, and if you were sipping something through a straw you would have no hope in arguing your case before this particular judge.
