How is it working for you. What setup are you using the noil in. Curious if it was better than the top in a vertical coil setup.
Lol I saw Adelaide but as you say, they are out of it. I will keep checking to see if they get it back...

We have such a good group here in the hemp thread, I think I will keep my Ramie tests here as it is pretty close to hemp. It could be a little better for some setups and for the idiosyncrasies of some vapers.

Funny, I must have sensitive taste buds, but with hemp fiber, when the fiber closest to the coil gets black like that, I usually replace it, as it starts changing taste for me, that happens after a few tanks, still vapable, but I guess I'm fussy, given the truckload of the stuff I have, and how easy it is to replace
Yes, every one is different. I personally like it better after it has charred up a bit. As an old pipe smoker, it has to break in for me. I get a deeper mellow flavor on my tobacco DIYs after a week. Since I have zero experience on fruits or pastries I can't comment on those.

22 days on the 1 ohm dual coil TGT with Ramie. Three tanks per day at 20 watts and still going strong...
That right there is amazing, sir. Proof positive that the Ramie is superior to anything we've tried so far.
I, however like to change mine more often. Was a pipe smoker also, but I kept the cake from getting too thick and always had stem cleaners handy. Still have a few of my old pipes. May try my hand at building a mod with one, but not with the good briar.

Have a bunch of GBD and Meerschaum pipes. Pipes and Corduroy suits were the norm in my college days. The Meerschaum keep getting darker and better the more you use them..
I know I should re wick this but it is still tasting so good.
Question. What is a good source for the Rene 41? Fleabay is a little pricey.

Wow, Meerschaum, I haven't heard that term in 25 years, I too have a few, and yes, they darken wonderfully
Dual - 10 wraps of 30g around a 16g hypo needle comes to about 1 ohm. My last setup was dual 11 wraps to bump up the resistance to keep my DNA SxS out of unregulated mode....didn't plan on a super effecient DNA mod causing issues
Ah. I see! I was trying to make my wraps with 28ga.. I will try it with 30ga and see if I can manage to avoid shorts.

It has been a long time since I have seen a new RBA system. IMO the TGT was the last good design. Best IMO.
I also like the Russian types for the vertical coil, but the vertical nanos start getting clogged after a few days. The TGT with dual horizontal is excellent and lasts much longer than the vertical setups.
