You should be able to drill it yourself, just make sure the cap is off the katana when you do it
1/16" should be sufficient. It makes the draw a little bit more airy than the Zenesis with that size hole, but it works very well.
so is the 1/16 the best one to go with, or would you go with another?
it seems like my 1/16 is almost the exact size of the zenesis hole.
I actually got a small set of precision drill bits, like $15-20 at Home Depot Lowes, OSH. I used the drill but that is just smaller than 1/16 and bored it out from the inside until I could just barely fit the tip of the 1/16 bit in there, and finished it through with the 1/16. It seems to be about the same as the Zenesis now.....and have grown more accustomed to that airy draw. The flavor, vapor out of my Katana now is amazing. This was all per Macs suggestions and tips help from Lorderos as well.

thanks. how does one do this from the inside? that does not seem possible. How do you get it in the hole from the inside?

Thanks guys for all the advise.
@ lorderos33 you are a genesis guru![]()
Isn't it awesome how amazingly cheap it is to run a Genisis mod.
Yes sir. It has been well over a year since I've bought a single carto, ce whatever version they are on, tank or atty. I really love the rebuildables...started with the Bulli A2 and on to the Genesis styles. I dislike disposable things for the most part. When I smoked I always used a Zippo over a Bic. Rebuildables are very cheap to maintain and they perform...try getting those mushroom cloud plums of smoke that Mac and Rwechsler show in their videos from a carto. Those videos are really obscene. I love it.
I have to pick up mine at the post office tomorrow, the maillady came early......
Is there a tips and tricks thread anywhere, I see you all are making some minor modifications and I'd like to know if there was someplace I could read all this stuff more easily codified, not trying to be lazy but its a whole lot of pages.....8-o8-o8-o
Yeah, I don't know how rwechsler does it without tearing up or coughing. I can do that, but not without nearly falling over, lol![]()
It all starts with the vision to push vaping to the next level, the rest is just willpower, practice, and being blessed with some big ol' lungs.
