painfreak thanksss for the vote of confidence, poc posted that everbody is getting these o-rings, but he said!!! every top cap is cut differntly so you have to go to your turner and have one fitted for your katana because there all made differently, i hope these helps people.....

No problem Armen ;)
I just got on the list that riel created and try one when it's ready.

@lorderos do you know if we can just slide the tank tube and change it out like that or?

Riel - I posted pics of my threads on your cover thread .... I hope you can tell something from it, I have no idea .... LOL

The easy way to tell is if you have first threads, they are almost completely flush with the tank. If you have a second or third run Katana then the threads are completely past the outside edge of the tank. :)

The tanks are fairly easy to change, you just have to be VERY careful putting the top part of the tank back on. The shorter post can get pushed through the bottom of the tank. It does not break the Katana but can result in a leak.

Lorderos - I have been using my Kat for a couple of days, haven't really taken the cap off much, and just took it off to refill tank ..... it looks like my wick has mutated onto my tall post! It looks like a huge big black glop!
I freaked out, dry burned it and hit it with the water-pick ..... now it seems fine, but in the future, is that Ok? Or should I keep the build-up down to a minimum?

I just made a new coil, didn't take long, with 3 wraps .... looks like 3 from both sides
Anyway, alot better vapor for now, on 80% VG juice, also used mesh cut a little narrower, so not as thick a roll.

Look at you go, you're getting to be a Katana pro now. Told you it wasn't going to be that bad, just a little time and patience. ;)

If possible...running a coil with a little more heat (one less wrap or so) reduces the buildup. It takes about a month for me to really see anything on mine, and I know Lorderros is about the same. But we both run really hot coils...around 1 ohm...lol

Yes indeed :) Less maintenance means more vaping!!:vapor:
