Just wondering if im the only dummy to shell out and have bought from digitalsteam?

Its been 12 hours since I ordered the kayfun lite and provari cone for $150 expecting the quoted 2-3 day ship time via dhl, but haven't received an order confirmation or tracking number.

Purchases usually always come with an instant order confirmation, and I expected the time difference to make me wait a while for a tracking number.

But anywhere else I would of heard something by now.
I shelled out hoping to get this asap and avoid missing out on intastes next round or their shipping fedex issues.

I already feel guilty paying so much but now im also getting worried

You're not alone. I also ordered from DS. I received shipping notification and tracking on 07-02. This is the last entry since the 4th from DHL international: The international shipment has been processed in the export parcel center

Shipment progress has been stuck at 60% since the 4th.

Oh wow.... sorry to hear that. I didnt even get a confirmation email or tracking email, just able to log into the site and see its shipped.

Do you think yours is lost or heldup in customs?

Hope we get them soon!

I wouldn't be surprised if DS has also mentioned the bummer, "Accessories for E-Cigarettes", in their Shipping Label.

I have 2 kayfun Lites and have tried a Silica wick in one and a Eko-wool wick in the other but was getting a burnt taste on the 2nd or 3rd draw on both of them. I then built a SS Mesh wick and am loving it so far.

I completelly forgot my buddy in germany is going to be here in a couple weeks.... I could of sent it to him and he could of brought it back :-(

Now im wishing I would of made a note in in the comments box to label item something like "gift" or "metal bushing"....

Nice. As I also love mesh in attys were it doesn't belong it appears your coil is close or laying on bridge. It's obviously not but are you having any weeping issues out of the air hole?
Gauge wire? Ohms?
Based on your size wire it seems you could unwrap for a bit more vapor production and possibly save some battery time.

There's problem of "lost in translation" there as well... they are exceptionally poor with English

I don't think our problem is so much their deficiency with English, but rather that everyone else continues to receive their packages while ours have yet to be re-shipped without an explanation as to whats causing the delay. We were told that the packages were returned to InTaste on the 8th and that they have worked with FedEx to correct the issue. If this is in fact true, then why haven't our products been shipped to us? They would simply need to relabel the packages.

The fact that we have yet to receive a shipping notification, let alone a reason for the delay, leads me to believe that something else has happened and they simply aren't telling us.

Tomorrow makes day 4 of this debacle. Lets face it, if they came back and told us that its going to be a week before they can get it shipped out, most of us would be fine with that. As it stands, they have our money and we're not getting ANY information as to the status of our orders. A little effort and transparency on the customer service side would damper a lot of the impatience.

Oh, and I don't want a refund... I want what I paid for. I'll go that route if needed but I'd prefer not to.

It's 30ga Kanthal and is at 1.8 ohms. I have no issues at all right now.

Earlier I posted that I got no emails from digitalsteam or dhl concerning the k lite.... hehe, I was wrong, stupid gmail spam folder nabbed em lol.

Tracking says shipping process is only 20% complete though :-/

But I guess since I ordered it yesterday at noon that isnt too bad.... would be great if I had it by fri but thats not my luck

Hehe, that sounds about right.. I've actually been going through about three tanks a day in my 3.1ES. It's also the only device I've been using. When I try to vape my gennies now, I don't taste anything LOL!!
