Guys, pls get in touch with Steffen Nothacker from Sales <info@intaste.de>, u may refer my email exchanges with him (Qorax Stan from Canada) regarding the following AND tell him to printout new labels accordingly asap:

1. Remove the "comma" from the Customs Value, viz 78,670 EUR
(that "comma" converts it into "thousands" internationally - and becomes a Tax bummer)

2. Remove the Package Description: "Accessories for E-Cigarettes" and replace it with "Flashlight &/or Metal Parts"
(this is twitching FedEx US, as well as Canada... aka FDA / Health Canada bummers)



I had the above issues... had to deal with FedEx, paid up $23.17 in HST+Customs Duty, notified it to Steffen and advised him to follow suit for all North American orders henceforth.


damn! i was affraid something like this would happen... hope intaste changes their description by the time i order. i'm almost scared to ask but, how much was the duty? oh sorry i see now it was 23.17 for HST and duty. not too bad but still....

What if I said, "the duty was $5,680?", as per FedEx notification on day-1.

Still waiting for my second shipment from intaste. Still getting the run around/canned response emails too. Havent heard back from Steffen Nothacker yet either.

Not too happy with these guys at this point. I understand issues...but I expect at least a direct answer when I ask for one. Nothing pisses me off more than getting some BS run around "we're doing our best" emails. Just tell me what the deal is and when you can resolve it. That's all I want to hear...not "we hope that we can re-ship as soon as possible. We are very sorry for this. This happens the first time. We do all we can to solve the problem.".

Uh oh... thant doesn't sound good, did you have a bad experience with digitalsteam before?

I thinks its on DHL's hands now, hopefully they wont need to call to schedule delivery (I used old phone number when registering at DS)
Hopefully someone will be there to sign for it since I work second shift and usually sleep untill noon.
Makes it hard to prepare for it with no tracking number.

I received that "...we can of course pay you the money back" mail too the moment I emailed them on day-1. And they actually credited my Paypal A/c (the value of the Drip-Tip) when I had an OD mismatch issue with an additionally purchased Drip-tip.

Same email. Im very heated with them at this point. My last email was not very friendly, if you know what I mean :)

I let them know not to send me any more of that canned crap. I want either a) tracking number, or b) my money back by the close of business on 07/11. Period. They can cram the canned cut and paste emails...and I made sure they know exactly how I feel about it.

Im patient guy, who understands customer service. Ive had the displeasure of doing it for money at one point in my life...but I cannot stand BAD customer service. No tolerance for it what so ever.

Awesome vapemail day today, I received 2 Lites, one from Cloud 9 and one from inTaste and also the Kayfun conversion kit for my terminator. I'm sorry to hear about the challenges with the US orders as I also ordered July 4 but to Mexico with no problems.

I have a Kayfun 3.1 as well and I find the Lite every bit as good as the 3.1. The draw is perfect for me and filling is a breeze. My wife has already comandeered one of my lites as she likes the smaller size compared to the 3.1...:?:

It's been a busy day washing and coiling all the units and we are both impressed with the vape. For me I feel like I've found the most satisfying atty so far. I've done genesis, droppers, cartos, tanks etc, and the Kayfun in my view has them all beat. They just work!

Now I'm just waiting for my Super T ELA to put these things on.....

There's problem of "lost in translation" there as well... they are exceptionally poor with English :)
