How about Todd's method? (Simple double wicks, two ends tucked in to meet like the 8 coil, but much easier?)

to me vaperev is like a caravela flipper, i just have no respect for them as a retailer.
Oh, btw. inTaste seems to have them in stock. Just ordered one. 
After the customs nightmare on the previous batch of orders. I am not sure if that was the best move, but already missed vaperev train and after drooling over the thread for 56 pages, I was already Pavlovian conditioned to click on purchase button whenever I see it.
Although I have spent way more than I could justify so far on vape gear in total, this is the single most expensive item I ordered. Incredible how ones perspective shifts from 'i have two VV egos and three clearomizers, I should be all set' to 'i need to have a kayfun lite', 'oh, I need it so bad'.
Let's see how this well-engineered, well-built little machine will play itself out compared to the already good enough collection of atomizer thingies I have. (Recently I have been enjoying a smoktech-terminator turned diver, DIY enhanced dream tank and some cotton wick gennies, which I should post about sometime.)

just got an email from inTaste that they're back in stock, bit the bullet and ordered one. i just pray all goes well with customs and i don't get nailed for duty charges! the wifes gunna blow a gasket as it is lol...
Intaste. The total was $105 with the pro-ring and shipping. I too hope there are no shipping problems.
Yeah, that's considerably cheaper than vaperev. VR was $116.95 with Priority USPS, for the Kayfun Lite only.
I think I will. I've been a confirmed geny "mesher" for quite a while now. I haven't set up anything with a soft wick in ages, other than a quick silica wick Bliss experiment the other day, while I was bored.
I was at a local meet up a couple weeks ago, and a couple friends had 3.1s. I tried them, and was impressed. This morning, I've been looking at a few videos for setting up the wicks. I think I like the "figure 8".
I have 3mm silica wicks for my Terminators. I tried the figure 8 wick in my LITE, was just to much wick. I placed only one wick on LITE & function is great. The only issue i have with my LITE, my fluid is swelling the original o-rings. So after 2 days in use, the upper o-ring will swell & leak in the top. The first sign was a giant thoat hit!! I have since ordered 2 replacement o-ring kits. I guess i will purchase 1m wick and try the figure eight once again. Love my K-Lite, great device.

I love my Kayfun Lite. So far no silica based Rba out there is better. I love the simplicity to refill, to setup,perfect juice capacity,no leaking or gurgling. I won't be buying anymore silica based atomizer for sometime until something else that can outperform this.
Is it still 60% if it takes 3-4x longer than it should? The calculations seem pretty poor.
Do not fill the Lites to full capacity.
When filling, I fill mine just a tad above the clear window.
