My 3 month review of the Kayfun Lite.
To start, I was very nervous spending over a hundred bucks on a device. Being budget minded and having inconsistent results on my Ego - Evod and Protank setups. I ventured into the inexpensive Igo W and started playing with coils and cotton. Had success dripping but needed a tank for longer runs, I of course looked at everything under the sun and chose the KFL. Boy did I choose right. It has been 3 months of utter bliss. Hardly use my drippers, though I dressed them up nicely with fauxgatti caps.
Things I've learned over the past 3 months:
KFL's love micro and cotton, though I'm sure they probably run everything well.
Dark juices gunk coils, every couple of tanks, dry burn and rewick.
Light juices can go for what seems forever. The light juice I'm running now, after about 6 tanks I decided to burn and rewick. The cotton was as pristine as it was on day one, not even a scorch mark under the coil. Oh well, will know better next time.
As for anyone on the fence about it's ease of use. I have to say it's as easy as any RBA out there. The learning curve, if any is tiny and if you read through this thread as I did and still do. When it arrives in the mail, you'll have it up and running in no time.
I was still having an analog every now and then while dripping, though my smoking was reduced drastically. I never had the satisfaction after a vape until my KFL arrived. Smoke free since about day 3 with the Lite.
I'm currently running 9/10 wrap - 28awg micro/cotton w/ 1/16th ID...soaking up some Deadly Sin from Goodlife Vapor.
A sincere thanks to all contributors in this thread. I feel without your knowledge and insight my vaping experience wouldn't be near as pleasurable as it is today.
A quick pic of my life savers.
