I just wanted to start out by stating I am still absolutely loving my KFL+. It's found a comfy spot on top of my Paps X 1.5 with a 1.3ohm microcoil - 1.6mm. After some wick placement issues with organic cotton I soon had my KFL+ up and running perfectly. When I was in a local vape shop the lady and I began talking about kayfun wicking and she asked if I would like a small sample length of cotton yarn. The other night I pulled one strand off of the yarn, and threaded it through my normal 1.6mm microcoil during a rewick. It was the absolute PERFECT size for the coil I use. I then used the navy nest format to place my yarn, filled it with juice, and have been absolutely blown away by the consistency and quality of vape it is providing. I have noticed I am able to fully open the air flow control with 50/50 juice and still have enough juice getting to the coils to endure my chain vapes. I noticed when using regular organic cotton balls I would get the occasional dry hit(not good with cotton of course, especially in a KF) if I didn't have the AFC screwed in a bit on some of my rewicks. This very well may be due to the fact the yarn width and density is already created, and you aren't doing it from scratch each time with room for error. While cotton yarn won't be taking over my drippers at this point, it will definitely be running in my KFL+ from here on out and I really should have tried it sooner. Enjoying the hell out of my KFL+ and thanks to everyone for the info contained on this thread.
