When I was coming up as a young cuss I'd laugh at my granny who would hold things close to her face and feel what she was looking at as if tactile somehow equated to sight. She didn't think it was so funny and told me I would get my turn some day. That day has arrived. If I ever lose my sense of feel I wont be able to see anymore. :D

exactly! that is a must for me. I use that so much I forget to take it off and find myself walking around the house with it. seriously, its the first thing I do (put it on) before doing anything vapor related.

Hubby makes enough fun of me when I grab my lighted magnify glass...if I put that thing on I'd never hear the end of it:laugh:

Not a machinest by any means. Only high school shop classes.

I am a lawyer but I am also a very enthusiastic vapor who finds a need (want) for a plethora of tools and materials across many diciplines.

Here is my latest creation. I was inspired (stole from) by Bill's Magic Vapor and this is his BMV Coiler 2.0

Just a word of warning about those inexpensive plastic lens magnifying visors. They aren't close in quality to optical grade glass. If you're using it for the 5 or 10 minutes it takes to coil a Kayfun it won't be a big deal. If on the other hand you decide to use it for something else where you'll be wearing it for an hour or more at a time it'll make a difference. Do yourself a favor and never get headaches from eyestrain and spend $40 to $50 for the ones made with optical grade glass.

Challenging the KFL tonight. I've just loaded it up with thick syrupy Bobas Bounty. :)

1.3 coil set at 3.8v - 11 watts.

I could never get Boba's wicking properly in my (authentic) KFL. Had to cover the airhole and dry pull milkshake style every 3 or 4 hits or I'd get that telltale hissing that lets me know I'm about to taste scorched cotton. Got a KFL+ clone that doesn't break a sweat with Boba's, although I have to tighten the airflow up a little more than I'm totally comfortable with. Boba's + massive KFL/cotton flavor is worth it though.

Seems to be doing ok so far.. I'm actually getting an air bubble in the juice after every hit or two. Good sign that it's wicking. How bad is the gunk factor in it?
