I haz a blog post that basically lists down the dimensions of all the spare parts you'll need for a kayfun. Except for the fill screw. Hope that helps

Thanks!! Blog is very helpful. I agree what ya mean by vendors charging a arm and a leg just for orings. What type of orings should I get?
KFL are M2.5 Countersunk.
KFL+ are M2.5 Pan head.
4mm length.
Great collection AMD, I'm curious about the mod between the mods and the attys, the tall black one, is that a 526500 battery mod ?![]()

I've got Fogger V4.2 (small deck), V4.3 (large deck) and two Big Foggers. The best performance I get out of 0.8 - 0.5 Ohms builds. But that doesn't mean you can't make it higher. Only, much like your Aqua, with a dual coil design, your coil resistance has to be doubled of your target resistance and you either have to use thinner wire or much longer one and that sometimes creates a problem.
If you're really manic about safety you can get the more expensive food grade silicone ones but it really isn't necessary at all.For our applications, the cheapest option (Buna-N) is sufficient, and will last a loooong time.
Been using the kgd pads for a couple weeks and although I really have had awesome results with just regular cotton balls, the pads are much better. Better in flavor and easeWhat happened to the chatter about the cotton pads, don't tell me its because their something the wife would use. Let me tell ya these things are the answer. I was hoping we would collectively find the optimal coil and cut strip size. Right now I'm using a 1.8 ohm 28 gauge 5/65 coil with 5/16: strip of cotton. We can make this a science instead of a stupid voodoo magic artform.
If you're having trouble locating it Amazon has a generic for $8 with free shipping if you are a Prime member.
Question.. is the Kayfun 3.1 in nano the same size as a KFL in nano mode? I really want to buy a Kayfun with post holes but I prefer the nano size.

On the subject of useful information about the Kayfun, are the screws used for airflow control consistent across devices? I know some are hex head set screw and some slot but still set screw style, but I'm thinking more about diameter and pitch.
Does anyone sell a holder for the desk when fitting the coil and threading the cotton?
Those are rather expensive. FastTech sells one without threads for $1.25 and I've found that you can cut down cartomizer caps, you use the side part just high enough to fit, and then press fit the atomizer and its not moving. 101 has the threaded ones for $3.If you don't have one of those box style ohm readers, you can try one of these atomizer/tank holders with 510 threads. I got one recently off ebay , its helped a lot for building.
