Ya, but not without rewicking every 2 hours or so... I dont consider that a success.. I need at least one full tank, and 2 is better.

I can get 2 full, flavorful, tanks with the open coil.

o_O who ever said we rewick every 2 hours or so?

whoops! didnt notice.

Anyways with regards to your suggestion on the nano quartz kit, I'm looking at the picture OP posted, and it looks to me like the tank section is threaded onto the base, no? or am i imagining things.

If so, I don't think that would be a quartz tank. but then again I might be ......ed and completely wrong

Looks like the threaded tank to me..

No I went up a size in drill bit and am using much more cotton. Before with the micro coil I would flood with this amount of cotton because the micro coil was like a dam and then start burning. I watched it all with a clear Kayfun.

Same.. I kept the same size diameter, but opened the gaps and used more cotton..

What makes the bobas unique is 99+% VG not so much the gunk. I can vape it in my aerotank, yet nada on nets in a micro coil KLF. Unfortunately I've come to the conclusion that the gapped coil doesn't have as good of flavor has the 15 minutes of a micro coil before it burns cotton. Its just slightly better than an aerotank.

It takes about 1/3 of a tank for some reason, but the tastes on my gapped coil is actually better.

I'm still experimenting with builds myself. I think for the most part, I have it down to where I can make a coil that I enjoy everytime. I have been using the larger diameter screwdriver for my wraps, I think the 2.4mm. This increases resistance right? I've been using rayon and mostly experimenting with using lower and higher gauge wire. Lower + more wraps = more vapor but longer to heat up?

That fatter the wire (the lower the gauge) the less resistance. The more wire you use, the more resistance there is.

So a few days back folks here were talking about Boba's Bounty so I thought I'd give some a try. I rarely buy store bought juice. So I order me some from the copy cat place, the one that even trademarked the name. It only took me a few hours to realize that I had been duped so I ordered a second bottle from Alien Visions.
I feel ripped off by Alien Vapor so I thought I'd post it here in this thread as many folks from all around the world can see it and not make the same mistake that I did.

Yep, this mistake has been well-chronicled. Personally, you can have the authentic stuff too. :)

How did you pay for it? Do a charge-back, "Not as described". :D
I considered that but last year they applied for a trademark and got it so I'm not sure how Alien Visions are still able to call it "Boba's Bounty", so I guess that is is as"as described"
Both will arrive tomorrow, the "cloned" one is 80/20, that right there should have raised a flag, Alien Vapor lets you choose the PG/VG ratio.

Hi all! Here to seek some opinion.

A friend at another thread bough a kfl+ v1 off the classies the other day, and there are some concerns that she might have been duped into paying authentic price for a clone.

Of course some of us have done our fair share of comparing and research, but we would like some confirmation.

Here is the base of the atty:

Any opinion is greatly appreciated

ETA: in case anyone is unaware, there are clones with marking at the base. Yup!

I'm only guessing but leaning towards real, check to see if vertical/horizontal channels line up perfectly. Just a start though.

The main bulk of our suspicious arose because of the alignment of the AFC screw hole and the fill hole.

Based on official pictures and our own authentics, both should be 180 degrees from each other, and aligned equidistant from both the "made in Germany" and "svoemesto"

The "text" while similar to my KFL is positioned a little different, My +
is a v2 clone,

I'm getting a nano kit from Fasttech, but I hear they do not fit on all Kayfuns, namely the EHpro v2 version. Can anyone else confirm this or know if it doesn't fit on ANY v2 versions or JUST the Ehpro V2? Is there any major difference in size or design of the top cap or chimney between the two? Just wanna make sure whatever KFL I get will fit with the nano kit.

I have a Svoemesto Kayfun lite plus V2 markings on mine are a little different and they put the date on it, but the screw positions are the same if that helps you.

The nano kit on fasttech has a coned top part for the chimney. That makes the top of the Ehpro's lid not screw on. I got this kit from ebay....Ehpro Kayfun Nano Kit. The ebay kit has the flat top chimney. If you have the flat piece, you can use it with this kit from fasttech....https://www.fasttech.com/p/1649900. I mixed and matched 3 different kits to get one that fit with the rings from fasttech. (The one from ebay fits, but it's bigger than what I wanted) :)

Yea thats the nano kit I bought. I was gonna wait till I received that order before I ordered another Kayfun, so I want one that will fit with the FT one. Does this mean I can use any other KFL clone except the Ehpro? I only have 2 KFLs and they are different (one is the HCigar/Infinite one with the flatter top cap and bigger nano rings), and the other is a standard KFL+ from Tobeco.

I only have Ehpro's, so can't answer that. :)
