Kayfun V3 Mini vs Kayfun V5? (MTL)

I believe the V5 has the same 2.2mm airhole the V3 has, and a couple more, but people are saying its too airy for MTL, i dont know what they mean ? Was looking for some insight, and are there any pros and cons or something that makes one better than the other? Thanks

Ill be using it on this pipe by Lee Ash, (Lash Creative), i love the steel tank the kayfun V5 comes with, and think It'll look superb on this mod, plus i believe the V5 is capable of DTL, and this mod has a 60w chipset, so i get the best of both worlds with a V5

KFMv3 is 2.2 and KF5 is 3.2 i think.

Either way, the mini wipes the floor with its larger brethren when it comes to MTL vape. Tighter draw, smaller chamber makes for better MTL flavour and throat hit.

Depends what you want, but i use the Miniv3 daily, the 5 sits idle.

Ayup mate, if you could give me a list thats be helpful, as i dont fancy paying 30 quid for the clone V5 when for a bit extra i can get the real deal, cheers bud

The challenge is defining "perfect".

I'm the other way, my V3 sits idle and I prefer the V5 with the largest MTL (1.6 mm) installed.

Does my head in this, so many different oppinions, the only reason im avoiding the v5 is because ill need to pay an extra 6 quid just to make it useful in mtl

Your absolutely right. For MTL the Mini V3 is the one to get. For DL get the V5. I have both and use them in the way they were designed for and they are just perfect.

I do need a "Mini" mtl tank for this pipe anyway,

I was thinking of getting the v3 clone, to start off with see how i get on, and picking the light up too, Kayfun Lite plus

I have a SXK clone of both the V5 and Mini V3 and a authentic V5. I can tell you that the SXK's are very, very nice and you will not be disappointed. Of course if you can afford the original than do so

If your after a MTL then get the V3 OR..........get the V5 and Orgin Vape has the MTL kit for the V5 which gives you the smaller air hole you need on the deck. Svoe Mesto Kayfun 5 Mouth To Lung Kit - Origin Vape I do think though that you have to rebuild to insert the plug which could be a issue if you want to swap back and forth.

So in the end its probably best just to get a V5 and Mini V3.
