Er, uh......which drink???
Beat me to it. Ludo? Jeff? What drink does "RBL: Just like the drink… Sweet and Strong," refer to?

What I would REALLY like is that the cartridges themselves would be labeled with BOTH nicotine strength AND flavor. Often I forget to put the cartridges back in the box and then I have no idea which is which...

Hear, hear. So far only the cartridges from Sedansa and Smokester have been well labled like that.

I got my Kissbox Janty Yentl last week, wanted to give it try, atomizer was bad, things can happen. I contacted Jeff and I got the new atomizer in light speed.

Yesterday evening the first "test drive": Amazing, easy to vap, good vapor, great taste!
I got both batteries with the manual switches and I am very happy about that because you can keep the atomizer at a much lower temperature compared to auto-switch and the batterie lasts longer. All in all, very satisfying with the RUY4 cartridges!

Excellent product - excellent service - well spent money!

Four? Damn that's a lousy streak. But take heart Strong one, for Janty does honor its guarantee. :D I'd keep sending them back for replacement as many times as it takes until I got one that worked if I were you. Unless, of course, you just want to bail on Janty altogether, and get a refund.

But ieven if you bail on Janty, you don't have to give up on e-smoking altogether. There are other good brands. And good generics. Which KISSbox did you have, the Classic or Yentyl?

I've gone through 4 atomisers so far. They all work fine for a couple of days then just stop producing any vapor or start tasting nasty. Time to give up nicotine for good i guess....

Don't give up on e-cigarettes IStrong. Things can happen! I don't had a lucky strain with atomizers either. One nasty acid burned tasting one with the Yentl. I ordered Brand starterkit from another company, same thing! I couldn't believe it. Today another one from a 901 quit, but after 5 weeks of use with that one I can't complaint.

But as Leaford said, Janty has a world class customerservice. I will also stock up on a few atomizers for all my e-cigarettes to prevent getting stranded without atomizers.

leaford & Jag,

Thanks for the encouraging words of advice but i dk... i've spent a ton of time, money and effort on ecigarettes. I've had an NJOY, a mini-USB from e-cig, and e-cig pipe and finally a janty classic. All these devices have been abissmal at best. Janty has been great on the customer service i admit but posting back a new atomiser every 2-3 days is not really something i want to do. I don't even care for a refund. I'm just gonna have to try to quit altogether. Going back to normal cigarettes is not an option.

OK, to each their own. I'm not surprised about the e-cig.com stuff at all, and even good brands like Njoy and Janty do get bad parts sometimes, and I've had to get replacements from both, but I have been happy with them both when they work.. It just seems like your luck is abysmal.

Check out the Other Smoking Alternatives section. TB does pretty well getting nicotine from Snus. Getting totally off nicotine would be better, of course, but many people find they just can't quit, and as you said, going back to hot cigs is not an option.

I know what you mean, I spend some serious money too but after a few weeks you got the final selection. A generic penstyle for the morning and evening smoking, the 901 with a few atomizers and batteries for the day over, your favorite e-juice to top and fill cartridges and you are in good shape and the spending spree ends. You can get a good generic pen for $49.95, 901 also for $49.95, 30ml e-juice for $21. I would say with $300 you would get 2 pen starter kits, 2 901 starter kits, some spare atomizers and a lot of juice and cartridges. I guess on the way to the final selection I spent at least $600, lot of wrong decisions, but you know what, getting of the pyros was worth every cent.

as my automatic switch of Janty Kiss waiting for the replacement i am using only manual switch from Janty, but today its behave very strange: stop working...after i plug to "usb connector" its give some vap...after stop...i attached to battery - again few puff...and stop again-who know for how long.. Did somebody experience the same problem? My switch from the last batch-so its suppose to be without any inner memory-just on/off as i understood ?..

Janty Europe sent me replacements for my faulty battery and switch straight away. They also sent me a free battery, switch and 15 cartridges so I'm pretty pleased with the service I've received from them.

It has taken me a while but I think I'm getting the hang of my Kissbox now. I don't know why it took me so long to catch on but I've found that drawing gently and slowly stops me getting the burning, harsh taste I've been getting. The atomiser might be very efficient or something but just a light touch gets it to produce a decent amount of vapour without the overcooking. I haven't tried this with the manual switch yet, I still have to master that. I feel a bit of a dummy that it's taking me so long to get used to the Kissbox, many people seem to use them in a satisfactory way straight away. I'm only just starting to get a good taste from mine. I'm starting to really enjoy my Kissbox, all this getting used to it will be worth it I think.

One of the minor things I think is an improvement over other devices is the lack of light at the tip. Those lights annoy me, I don't see the point of them and can't see them properly anyway while vaping. The tiny light on the automatic switch of the Kissbox is in a good place and big enough to give the message.

I don't like having makers names and advertising on products I use and often avoid products with overt messages. Janty is written on the Kissbox both on the switch and on the atomiser. It's not ideal but not too obvious, kind of discrete (compared with the Ruyan bling ecigar it's even tasteful). I noticed that the new atomiser I bought has the writing on the gold ring at the bottom of the atomiser rather than above it as it is on my first atomiser. It's even more discrete on the newest one, I hope that's a new design and they carry on with it that way.

Yes Vaf, it's written on both automatic and manual switches as well as the atomisers. It could be a new batch of switches, I don't know.

It's not good that the colour is coming off yours. Mine is titanium so hopefully it's going to look good for a while.

kate, when did you get your Kissbox? i have titanium color - but its look that its cant resist the hit- so color from atomizer going first...than from switch..and from batteries i took out myself ;-)
